Bill Holbrook (born 1958)[1] is a cartoonist, the creator of Kevin and Kell and On the Fastrack. He has been a guest of honor at Mephit Furmeet in 1998, at Anthrocon in 2001, Rocket City FurMeet in 2003, and Morphicon and Furry Weekend Atlanta in 2006. He won the 2003 Ursa Major Award for Best Anthropomorphic Comic Strip with Kevin and Kell.
