Bill Fitts (a.k.a. Rusty), has been active in the fandom since the 1980s. He's been a member of Rowrbrazzle and Huzzah, and has had work published in numerous other fanzines and some professional publications. His artwork has an underground flavor, heavily influenced by his friend Mark Bodé.

He worked with Mark Bodé on the comic book Miami Mice starting in 1985. In 1987 they worked together "on "Gyro Force", an anthro / sci-fi series which ran for three issues."[1]

Bill Fitts was a special guest at ConFurence 1, held in 1990.
