Anthrocon 2022
Anthrocon 2022 was the 26th annual Anthrocon furry convention. It was held on the weekend of June 30-July 3, 2022 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The convention's theme was "Aesop's Fables", and the Guest of Honor was writer of A Doemain of Our Own, SueDeer. Additionally, the animator Kékéflipnote was a second Guest of Honor.
Anthrocon 2022 was the first year of the Block Party, an event after the Fursuit Parade. It was a meet-up between the public and the furries of the convention. Multiple local businesses helped provide food and shelter from the heat. The Block Party was considered a astounding success.
Anthrocon 2022 saw over 9,700 attendees, with 2,562 fursuiters in the fursuit picture.
The convention charity was Wildlife Works Inc., for whom they raised $33,092.
