Angyl Roper is an artist and the creator of the The Boy Next Door webcomic.
He has been producing artwork in the capacity of professional artist since October 2000. His work is exclusively traditional media, preferring watercolour pencils, ink and acrylic paint. He specializes in anthropomorphic artwork but can be found diversifying into fantasy, automotive and portraiture.
He does not create the generic toony fur artwork and instead strives for a more realistic and plausible appearance to his creations, spending time to reference the animal in question to get the details correct. He likes to create unusually hybridized characters and his favoured species are equines and ungulates.
His player character is a foppish anthropomorphic Hippogryph which combines domestic cat, European magpie and Friesian horse.
His location is Sheffield, UK and is normally found in attendance at the bi-annual Sheffield furmeet.
He is the creator, writer and artist behind The Boy Next Door webcomic which has been published in comic book form by FurPlanet.
He splits his adult and general audience artwork into separate galleries, choosing to host the adult work under the pseudonym WhiteColt. Adult work is uploaded under the alias of Whitecolt Productions.
