Aethyr is a red wolf therian from the UK. His fursona reflects his therianthropy, being a werewolf with various forms from anthropomorphic to non-morphic, inspired by the tabletop game Werewolf: The Apocalypse. He has been in (or around) the fandom since discovering the newsgroup alt.horror.werewolves in 1998, and can be considered a greymuzzle.
He has a keen interest in furry spirituality, having extensively studied and practiced Buddhism, Norse Paganism and animal totemism.
He is a musician since the 1990s, though his work does not generally have overt links to the fandom. Since 2011, he has used Daz Studio as his primary means to create artwork, some of which involves anthropomorphic characters. He is a hobbyist game developer, and has consistently been playing games (on computers, consoles, and various forms of tabletop gaming) from a young age.
