Fandom involvement
Xerxes joined the furry fandom in late 2001. His first taste of the fandom was when he realized his fascination with wolves and foxes watching classic Disney films such as Balto and The Fox and the Hound.

Soon after, he found an outlet for his fascination with photography and deviantART, and became an avid viewer of the Funday Pawpet Show in July of 2009. Since late 2008, Xerxes has become a guitar player. As of August 2010, Xerxes is also employed at Abercrombie & Fitch's downtown Manhattan location as an under-contract model.

Fursona
Xerxes' fursona is a 17-year-old pink wolf. He's your average pink-furred wolf, about six feet, one inch tall, 170 pounds, pretty trim, with a little muscle. He will usually be seen wearing his sunglasses, death metal band t-shirt, jeans, Chuck Taylors, and a guitar slung over his back. He is fiercely loyal to his packmates, whom he considers his closest friends.

Creative works
Xerxes writes his own music, and has had experience with music since finding his entrance into the guitar-playing world with the first Guitar Hero game. Music is his outlet for many of his feelings on life, living, and negative stereotypes of the fandom. Many artists have inspired his musical style, particularly pertaining to the underground subgenres of heavy metal. Some of these are: Necrophagist, Suffocation, Cryptopsy, Racer X, Divine Heresy, and Nile.

Arctic, as he is commonly referred to, is an aspiring writer on SoFurry with over 180 watchers and a small entourage of minions, one them including Xerxes. It is unknown where Arctic came up with the term "minion," but it has stuck and become part of the SoFurry vocabulary ever since. Arctic's minions in reality are just his close friends, some of which he RP's with in SoFurry chat rooms and Windows Live Messenger. Other minions offer to proofread his stories and assist him with technical problems. Xerxes is currently filling the latter of those roles by assisting Arctic in installing a copy of Adobe Photoshop.
Xerxes is also friends with ArcticWolf451 on SoFurry.com.

History
Xerxes joined the furry fandom in late 2001. His first taste of the fandom was when he realized his fascination with wolves and foxes watching classic Disney films such as Balto and The Fox and the Hound.

Soon after, he found an outlet for his fascination with photography and deviantART, and became an avid viewer of the Funday Pawpet Show in July of 2009. Since late 2008, Xerxes has become a guitar player.

Minion Status
Xerxes is also friends with ArcticWolf451 on SoFurry.com.
History
Xerxes joined the furry fandom in late 2001. His first taste of the fandom was when he realized his fascination with wolves and foxes watching classic Disney films such as Balto and The Fox and the Hound.

Soon after, he found an outlet for his fascination with photography and deviantART, and became an avid viewer of the Funday Pawpet Show in July of 2009. Between late 2008 up to the present, Xerxes has become an avid player of the guitar, and has begun the preparations of commissioning a fursuit. He hopes to someday be a guest on the Funday Pawpet Show, and make his debut at a major furry convention.

Some of these are: Necrophagist, Suffocation, Metallica, Slash, Divine Heresy and Nile.
