The [http://www.bellfurs.org/ Bellfurs] are a trio of three local Washington Furries, living in the Bellevue area: Lurch, Voco_Letum, and Whitepaws. They provide a monthly meet and open their home to the community in an effort to provide a "mini convention" and social gathering, which is known throughout most of Washington. Attendees range from those living in Washington to those who make the monthly trip from places as far as Oregon, California, and even Canada. The size of the meets fluctuates from month to month, but has had attendance greater than most first and second year conventions.

== Who Are They? ==

'''Whitepaws Husky''' is the most easily recognizable member and the most socially outgoing of the bunch. Whitepaws is an average height Furry, with hair "seldom seen" and almost always a smile. He is rarely seen without the usual array of casual furry attire, including a gray 'eared' wolf hood, a fox-themed cap and occasionally a tail. Whitepaws is the founder of the meets and has had many smaller meets over the past two years. With the help of his recent roommates, the meets have evolved into what they are today. He is the liveliest of the bunch, and helps to encourage the fun loving chaos we've all come to know and love.

'''Lurch Wolf''' is slightly less well-known than Whitepaws, though he has recently become a much more active part of the meets. Sporting short hair, a stylish goatee and sunglasses, Lurch is the voice of order and enforces the house rules. On occasions, he has had to deal with -and restrain- unruly guests until authorities arrived; unprovoked, he is a sweet and caring individual. He, like Whitepaws, is a fun-loving person and sees the meets as a chance to help keep the community inter-connected.

'''Voco_Letum''' is the least known and most shy of the Bellfurs; most people don't know he lives with them. Due to his demanding job, Voco is often unable to enjoy the meets. Voco is a large, reserved, and sometimes intimidating person by appearance alone; offset by his still 'childish' personality. He's often described as "the sweetest person you'll ever meet" by those who know him, and always makes some effort to be sociable in spite of his awkwardness. He is very new to the fandom and "being social" in general, which causes him to become easily flustered, or intimidated; this is only amplified by an anxiety disorder and normally causes him to retreat to his room.
