Bluetaboo or Blue Taboo?
Hey Inaki, is the new website named "Blue Taboo" or "Bluetaboo"? If it is "Blue Taboo" the article can be moved from "Bluetaboo" to "Blue Taboo". The related LiveJournal says "website | Blue Taboo", "Welcome to Blue Taboo!" and "Blue Taboo is formerly known as Yiffit.com" --EarthFurst 19:30, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

Woops sorry! Yes, its Blue Taboo. --Inakizombie 7:50, 26 January 2009 (PST)

Merge Yiffit portion of the page out into new Yiffit/Furverts page?
As both Yiffit and Furverts are now long dead and Blue_Taboo is in the process of getting an update and revamp, that it would be best to merge the Yiffit portion of the page out along with Furverts to a new page for the two now defunct galleries. ===Shutdown of Yiffit===

Yiffit went dark after a server move caused a number of issues. The site was never brought back up due to problems with the code and personal obligations within the team, eventually resulting in the domain expiring and the site shutting down for good. At its height it hosted along with Furverts approximately 20,000 submissions.

Redevelopment
After the server move effectively killed the original incarnation of the site it was decided to start fresh and to create a new site dubbed Blue Taboo which would accept submissions without moderation. Current development is still in the early stages after a number of discussions on how best to tackle the project. The site will run on a custom built gallery engine called Bandage which will eventually be released under the AGPL. Progress is being made, with volunteer applications and a call for help from the community already taking place.<ref>Looking to Volunteer with Us?, 2009 August 10 post by Roki to the Blue Taboo development forums.
