A gathering of Furries with the intent to sit and chat while drawing. Non-artist furs are usually present as well, though they either are talking/watching movies/playing games.

This was started by an Edmonton Fur and this breed of meet was continued in Calgary by TheOrangeFox.

TheOrangeFox:

TheOrangeFox (born May 14, 1978) is a furry artist from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. His fursona is a fox with burnt-orange fur, green eyes, white hair, and a white tip to his tail.

OrangeFox tends to wear only pants, though when wearing clothing he prefers hoodies or dress shirts of one form or another. He also goes goth once in a while. Since AnthroCon 2009, he has taken to wearing a red spiked collar and pink and red striped arm socks that cover most of his forearms up to his elbow.

In real life, TheOrangeFox moved to Edmonton for schooling, where he gained a degree at the University of Alberta. He later moved to Calgary to be with Nwy Creirwy, who later ended the relationship nine months later. Since then he has made progress within the Calgary fandom and made a fair amount of friends within the fandom.

Orange has been in and out of the fandom since his start in it around the time of Gen Con '04. Only because of Nwy did he get back into it, and become a member of the Edmonton fur group. Now currently a member of the Calgary fur group, he has started hosting Yap & Draws which have been slowly growing in size with each one held.

As of October 24th, 2009 Orange has changed over to be a folf (fox/wolf hybrid) The wolf part is a red wolf and the fox is your standard red fox. Though he has come out as a folf, Orangefox has always been a folf, as his brother (Fenrir) has always been a wolf, and it assumed that their parents were a fox and wolf, and both siblings exhibit one trait of their parents. (in this case, the father being a fox, and the mother being a wolf) However, it is only now that he has decided to make his status of a folf official.

Orange was also declared the 'Furry Pope' at Furthest North '07, though this was more in jest than serious. Since then there has been talk of him using his education to create a furry religion of sorts, but whether or not it would be serious, or tongue in cheek is unknown.

Nwy Creirwy

2009-10-28T17:45:50Z

TheOrangeFox:

Nwy Creirwy is a white winged cat based off a childhood story written for her owner. Once an active member of both the Edmonton and Calgary Furry Fandom, Nwy has become a pariah to them both because of her actions, which have included lying, theft, not paying for commissions and a reputation for being 'well ridden'.

A large selection of art exists for Nwy on FA commissioned under various artists.

However, Nwy in the last year or so has improved her life, though her reputation remains tarnished in the fandom groups. It is unknown as to if she will return to the fandom or not.

Orangefox is a fox with Burnt Orange fur, green eyes, white hair, and a black tip to his tail.
He tends to wear only pants, though when wearing clothing he prefers hoodies or dress shirts of one form or another.
He also goes goth once and awhile.

There are two Orangefoxes. One which is the fictional character, who has a large background written up about him used in RPGs and art, and the one that's based off of his creator, Tarl. The info below is about Tarl.

TheOrangeFox is a fur from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
He moved to Edmonton for schooling where he gained a degree at the University of Alberta.
He later moved to Calgary for Nwy Creirwy who later ended the relationship 9 months later.

Orange has been in and out of the fandom since his start in it at GenCon '04. (tenative date)
Only because of Nwy did he get back into it, and become a member of the Edmonton fur group. He has yet to make any inward movement in the Calgary scene and seems to prefer a life on the outside of the fandom in that city.

He does however, maintain a large group of friends online such as Kappy, EtchySketchy, KiddyKat, Nateday, Rhari, and many more.
