==History==

Fluffy Waddles was founded October 1, 2014 by Spirit Silverwind. In the first month there were over 265 new member registrations and over 113,000 page views. The site has continued to grow and gain popularity among the members of the furry community.

==Controversy==

It has been noted by several babyfurs that the owner of Fluffywaddles appears to ban users on the grounds of [https://spiritwolfie.wordpress.com/2014/12/24/to-the-recent-events/ personal grievance]. Evidence of this is further compounded by a personal blog where Spirit has posted about and mentioned [https://spiritwolfie.wordpress.com/2014/05/04/the-furry-beware-list/ others directly in a disparaging way.] In the blog, Spirit admits to being kicked out of other furry communities for angering several people. FluffyWaddles community policies and Spirit's well documented emotional instability as perceived by critics has lead it to be a target for other community [[Ludwig T. Dolphin|'factions']]. Attacks have caused the team to place the site into a state where sign ups are screened.

==Features and content==

Some of the more notable primary features are similar to most mainstream social networking sites. Such features as those like the ability to post and comment on ''status updates'', ''photos'', ''links'', as well as ''friendships'', ''groups'', ''forums'', and ''polls''

The administrators of the site take all of our member's enjoyment of the site very seriously and as such we take [[troll|trolling]] or other abuse seriously. The site allows for users to file abuse reports which are reviewed by administration and appropriate action can then be taken.

As the site progresses, more features will be planned and implemented as the community members assist in growing the community.
