The world of amateur film-making is vast and diverse. For several years now, I have been intrigued by it. I am currently taking a BND (British National Diploma) course in moving image, and hope to enter a film course in university. I founded 'Raveworks Studios,' about half-way through my first year at college, and now several productions exist. I hope to make it as a successful film writer ''and'' director.

Scottykat is the fursona and Internet handle of ''Scott D. Harris'', (born 24-April-1988) an Internet author and film-maker. While he more frequently roleplays as a cat, he has on occassion taken the form of a naga. Harris resides in South-East England with his family.

[[Image:'s_Revenge.jpg|left|thumb|92px|Scottykat ties up an annoying protagonist.]]

== Scottykat's Design ==

Scottykat was first created in 2000, when Harris started writing short stories to improve his style, which he claims had been "fairly rubbish up to that point." The character was originally a simple yellow cat with a design similar to that of Warner Bros. cartoons, lacking his clothing and hairstyle. After Harris' short stint as the lead singer of a short-lived band, Scottykat was redesigned with a pair of jeans and a short ponytail, although the character still served little purpose other than generic mischief-making. In 2005, the outfit was replaced by the black leather and longer ponytail. It was then that Harris decided to draw on his struggling musical career and Scottykat became a travelling musician and singer. The transition from Johnny Cash-inspired solo artist to the lead singer of his own band was made in early 2006.

== Bijou Ryno ==

Bijou Ryno is a four-piece rock band from the fictional coastal town of Stewart Bay (named after Rod Stewart, who was one of Harris' musical influences). The band was brought together by Scottykat and his best friend Vie, a skunk who shared his music-worshipping way of life. The two were joined by Brock-Tor, an iguana and Jack Sax, a mouse. Each of the four members is inspired by a different part of Harris' musical preferences, most prominently Iron Maiden, The Who and Pink Floyd.

== Eunectus ==

Set in the titular fictional city, Eunectus is a mob/crime drama that revolves around the activities of the protagonists King Michael and his symbolic son Blaine the Collector. The citizens are Eunectus are all nagas, which is a break-away from the usual pseudo-medieval fantasy setting associated with the species. Common foes include the centaurs from another city, Linnae, and Michael's arch-nemesis, Chief Inspector Ramone.

The current band line-up consists of Scottykat on lead vocals and guitar, Vie (a skunk) on drums, Jack Sax (a mouse) on saxophone and Brock-Tor (an iguana) on bass.
