Your fursona info was merged into your main article (not notable enough to separate it into its own at this current time). Also, much of the data made no sense or was short in definition. If you are a foreign individual living in the US (not the first one on Wikifur), please notify us that you wish to have extra help expanding the article to English.

If the reason for the random text was because you have not finished it, please make the additions either on your user page and then transfer it to the article, or do so inside the article while using the "show preview" to check your article status. Wikifur News is not a Wikifur helper X account, you are not a colleague or curator, and you don't have the right to use the Wiki's logo on that fraud X account, pls delete such unless you were a troll/vandal user from they the get-go, first creating a gibberish/unreadable article here, followed by your strange stance towards Wikifur on X, which culminated on creating that (not authorized) fake on X.

X (social media)

2024-06-14T15:33:34Z

STR2: (STR2 moved page Twitter to X (social media)

wikify

X, formerly known as Twitter, is a website that offers social networking and microblogging services, enabling its users to send and read messages called posts (formerly tweets). "Posts" are text-based posts of up to 280 characters, which was decreased to 140 characters on November 7, 2017, then increased to 4000 characters on February 8, 2023, but only for Twitter Blue users (post Elon Musk's 2022 Twitter acquisition).

History
X (as Twitter) was launched in 2006 and has gained popularity worldwide. It is estimated to have 330 million active monthly users,

This Tweet became popularized with furry artists and #TweetFur began trending as more art was produced of the anthropomorphized logo and posted with the tag.

Without another social media service with the presence and solid foundation of Twitter, some furries (with a few shutting their Twitter accounts), just started to migrate to other services (like Bluesky, Mastodon, et al), reopening/reactivating old art gallery accounts (particularly Fur Affinity), or joining older established services like Tumblr.

But a good contingency of furry fandom personnel<ref>I'm not leaving Twitter. post by Gnash Hyena on Twitter. ==== X ====

With the advent of "Twitter" changing its name to "X", the migration accelerated, thanks especially to the creation of two new social media apps, Meta's Threads, and American entrepreneur Jack Dorsey's Bluesky.
