Rose Hexwit: /* Minor Characters */

The Secret Life of Pokémon Breeders is an anthropomorphic webcomic written and illustrated by Rose Hexwit. A new page is posted every Thursday. Though it is set in the Pokémon universe, it features original characters and a brand new conflict.

Major Characters
Lily is the comic's main character. She is a young Border Collie from Cherrygrove City. She is inquisitive, energetic, and sweet. Though her family struggles financially, she is given the opportunity to become a Pokémon Trainer on her sixteenth birthday. Her goal is to become a Pokémon Breeder and win Contests with her prized team.

Daisy is a Rough Collie from New Bark Town. She is competitive and virtuous and therefore leaves a very strong first impression. Her first Pokémon is a male Cyndaquil, which she receives from Professor Elm.

Minor Characters
Scott is Lily's twenty-year-old brother. He is very generous and protective towards his sister and his Pokémon team. He obtained his Trainer Card when he turned seventeen and has been training ever since. Though he has successfully won several badges, he still has a long way before he can become the League Champion.

??? is an Irish Setter of unknown origin. He runs past Lily, almost knocking her over, on her way into New Bark Town.

Team Chihua is an organization hired by an evil mastermind to capture as many champion Pokémon as they can. Their objective is unknown...for now.

Storyline
The comic opens on Lily's sixteenth birthday party. It is a modest celebration with a few presents and a colorful cake. At the end of the party, her brother hands her one final box. Inside is Lily's first Poké Ball. She had been saving her money for a long time in order to pay for her Trainer Card. The purchase of the ball means that she can go out and capture her very first Pokémon.

External Links
* The Secret Life of Pokémon Breeders on DeviantART

It sports a moving jaw and was constructed so that she could wear her glasses underneath it.

The second is a Border Collie fullsuit originally named Lily. Construction began during the summer of 2009. Major improvements were made over the last suit, including paw pads and more presentable paws. Lily's head still contains a wire skeleton and a moving jaw. "Follow-me" eyes were attempted, but, it being her first try and all, they did not work out as planned. Lily debuted on Halloween at a neighborhood block party.

In April of 2010 Rose remade Lily's head and changed her name back to Rose. The new head's general appearance was a huge improvement over its predecessor, but the moving jaw aspect had to be sacrificed. Squeakers were added to each ear for fun.

Convention History
*Animazement 2006 - 2010

Convention Plans
*Furry Fiesta 2011
*Anthrocon 2011

External links
Rose Hexwit
*Furfect Pit Studio, Rose's fursuit making website
*Rose Hexwit on deviantART
*Rose Hexwit on Fur Affinity
*The Secret Life of Pokémon Breeders, Rose's webcomic.

??? is Lily's twenty-year-old brother.

Since the development of her new fursona, this fox has been demoted to character status.

In July 2009 Rose decided that a Border Collie better suited her personality and subsequently developed a new fursona. She was called Lily until late April 2010. At that point in time Rose decided that keeping one name would be less confusing. She now refers to herself simply as Rose.

Fursuits
Rose Hexwit has two personal fursuits.

The first is a brown fox partial for her old fursona, Rose. It was the first suit that she ever created. She began its construction shortly after Animazement 2008. Everything but the head was built before Animazement 2009 and premiered at the convention. She built the head that summer out of brown fabric and a wire frame.

She still posts regularly on the Fur Affinity forums and makes fursuits but is presently on a convention hiatus of indefinite length.

Rose's interests include the environmet, hugs, fattening food, video games such as the Fire Emblem series, and learning new languages. She is presently studying to become a high school Spanish teacher.

Fursonas
Rose's original fursona was a brown fox conveniently named Rose. She is hyper and always up for eating and cuddles.

Convention History
*Animazement 2006 - 2009

Convention Plans
*Animazement 2010

External Links
*Furfect Pit Studio, Rose's fursit making website
*Rose Hexwit on deviantART
*Rose Hexwit on Fur Affinity

Rose Hexwit
