I can understand the copyright violation, but 'there is agreement that the work was used'? Unless I am understanding you wrong, there was no agreement - you stated that yourself. If I were to upload these again under a different usage, would they be removed again?

:Nobody disagrees that Tuqiri used Vailwolf's work in the art show - just whether or not it was "fair use" to do so. Therefore, there is little justification for using copyrighted works to show this, especially against the wishes of ''both'' copyright holders.

:We do not normally protect pages unless vandalism becomes unmanageable, or a "time-out" is needed between editors. I just want to point out the simple fact that Renduri is a internet troll. I've had t oblock him on youtube, furaffinity, and deviantart for attempting to troll me. The information hes posting here about Tiquri, he has tried to post it on ED as well, and not even the ED admins will let him. Thats pretty sad if you ask me. When trolls don't even want his drama... Just look up his page on ED and you will see it was deleted by an admin who states this furf*g drama has no place here. They are acting on behalf of a furry known as vailwolf, whom probably doesn't even know hes doing this. From steam --> Cute Crux: I never said i owned the art. If people READ it never says i owned the art. If you can find that line anywhere then shoot me! I used it under the free usage. I never said i owned it. Nor did i make any cash out of it. It was used for a project as a REFFRENCE!

From what i know, Tiquri used to date vailwolf, and thought it would be ok to put up the art because at that time it was ok. Now that they are broke up, vailwolf is accusing him of stealing it when she gave him the ok to use it. This is nothing more then drama. You really should put some effort into investigating things before you trust some random nobody who comes here posting things. This is why there is so much beastforum propaganda all over my wiki page when I've never even used that site. Please don't let this site turn into another ED. Not trying to offend or anything, but there is a difference in trying to get your facts straight, and just allowing anybody to post whatever. As for countering renduri here.

That whole situation is irrelevant either way. As far as I am concerned, the facts are 'straight' and evidence has been cited. Whereas I have photo evidence all you two have are the misinterpretation of the fair use policy, and erroneous claims as to the event, myself, and others.

:The ED page you cite is two years old and you cannot view the history to see who made it. It is not actual evidence of anything. As for my DA post, since you hid it you can't really prove anything. However, since I am a person of honor, I will admit that what you quoted me saying is indeed what I said. Again, this doesn't prove anything. I simply stated that you blocked me on two other websites.

Tamias the Chipmunk is a digital artist specializing in illustrations and Flash based 2-D animation. He has known about the furry fandom since 1995. However he did not join the furry fandom until Dec, 31, 2007. He is currently active in Second Life as a builder and estate manager of various second life groups and locations. He also posts artwork on Fur Affinity and, less actively, on Devient Art.

Tamias is also the author of The Chipmunk Kingdom a complex storyline covering the history of a nation of [[Anthropomorphic|Anthropomorphic]] [[Chipmunk|Chipmunks]] and the world of animal and human nations in which the Kingdom and its characters interacts with. Also the Chipmunk Kingdom forms the bases of his two principal [[fursona|fursonas]], Tamias Orenberg and Jerry Lee.

Outside the Furry Fandom, Tamias has a variety of interests including Woodworking, High end Home Audio and Video, and keeping track of local urban developments. Music Genres is eclectic including classical, new age, electronica, contemporary, and techno. However Tamias has an interest in classical pipe organ music.

== Second Life ==

Tamias has been subscribed Second Life as Tamias Orenberg since 5/14/2008. He is currently an Officer of the Mad Scientist Union and Estate Manager of its Region called the Empire of Things. He is also the founder and owner (Chipmunk Chieftain) of the Chipmunk Kingdom a roll playing group based on the storyline of its namesake. In addition to these tasks he is also an administrator of the Wolfee Darkfang's Spirit Wolf Island. He is also a M.A.D. Studios bodyguard. Tamias is the current owner and manager of World's End Dance Club.

Outside of his administration duties Tamias spends much of his Second Life sessions building structures and avatars. His building skills were brought into play in the development of the Empire of Things as he was the chief builder of most of the region's structures including the MSU store and World's End Dance Club.

Tamias is usually seen wearing a chipmunk avatar of his own creation made to the likeness of his Fursona. He Also has two alt accounts, one of which features an avatar to the likeness of his other Principal fursona Jerry Lee.

== Jerry Lee ==

Dating back to 1990 Jerry Lee is the oldest of Tamias's two principal fursonas. He is currently a male anthropomorphic chipmunk from the Chipmunk Kingdom. He is the main protagonist of a story in which pitted him against the Inner Circle a diabolical cult like group that took over the Chipmunk Kingdom and nearly eradicated the Divine Destiny the primary chipmunk religion and culture. Jerry is brash and in your face. He never backs down from the challenge. A hard charger, go getter, hold 'em high, do or die type of guy Jerry's determination made this brave hero the Inner Circle's eventual undoing.

Jerry begin life in 1995 as a fan character of Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers. However years of development and revisions resulted in his current state as the protagonist of the Chipmunk Kingdom. However he was placed in retirement about 5 years ago when he sacrificed his life to insure his storyline's main villain was utterly destroyed by the Sun's Wrath. But on March, 7, 2010 Jerry was revived from hiatus as a Second Life avatar to be used in roll play and as a secondary account to compliment Tamias in his Estate Management duties.

== Tamias Orenberg ==

Tamias Orenburg is Tamias's current fursona, primary Second Life avatar, and internet handle. Like Jerry, Tamias's back story is centered on the Chipmunk Kingdom. However Tamias lives roughly 300 years after Jerry Lee's time. This chipmunk began his adult life as diplomat representing the Chipmunk Kingdom and its interests on the world stage. However his calm nature, wit, inspiring oration skills, and his stead fast loyalty to the Chipmunk Kingdom and especially the Devine Destiny quickly catapulted him to Chipmunk Chieftain, the pontiff of the Devine Destiny and cartaker of the Synergy Crystal, chipmunk kind's most sacred object. As chieftain he is faced with the daunting challenge of spurring the Chipmunk Kingdom and other animal nations to endure and overcome the ravages of the despotic Human Supremacist Organization (HSO).

As an orphened Kit adopted by a human family he has no memory of his blood parents. Raised as a human Tamias faces a difficult choice to either stay with and uphold what his family thought him at the risk of alienating his fellow chipmunks or accept and embrace the chipmunk he is at the risk of letting down the humans who raised him. Making this already difficult choice even more daunting is his choice will affect the outcome of the struggles between animals and the HSO.

Believing Jerry Lee to be one of the greatest chipmunk to have ever lived for saving the Chipmunk Kingdom from the Inner Circle 300 years ago, Tamias used the power of the Synergy Crystal to revive this hero. He has assigned to Jerry the task of aiding the Chipmunk Kingdom and the rest of the animal nations of the world in the fight against the HSO.

On the surface Tamias is docile, very courteous, and every bit the diplomat. But beneath that surface this chipmunk is very loving and filled with passion and emotion. Dealing with bouts of loneliness due to his internal struggles Tamias loves companionship and is very affectionate to his friends.
