Anthropomorphs were originally created as non-sentient soldiers for use by the NWI. These very first anthropomorphs were called "Wardogs" - fearsome bipedal hounds kept on leash by a trainer and put to war against hordes of ASUN conscripts. The ASUN, seeing the ruthless effectiveness of Wardogs, reverse engineered them in order to develop enhancements for their own troops, provided by "spiked" food rations. ASUN soldiers thus became more resistant to physical and chemical attack.

Independent organizations studied the Wardog anthropomorphs and succeeded in creating a sentient race - these first generation furs were the pure-bred anthropomorphs. All pure-bred furs in Epiverse are digitigrade, have tails, paw-like hands and feet, and a full coat of fur. After the first "batch", anthropomorphic races were created under one of four broad geographical categories called Genetic Crops. These were the African, American, Eurasian, and Oceanic Crops. The mainstray of anthropomorphics in Epiverse are decended from these Crops.

There is also the presence of hybrid furs, whom have both pure human and pure anthropomorphic blood mixed together. These hybrid furs span from those very much like humans with slight differences in build and a fine coat of fur, to almost pure-bred furs that merely lack key features of the pure fur. The ASUN, seeing much of their armies cut down like insects, reverse engineered the Wardog in order to develop enhancements for their own troops, provided by "spiked" food rations. The ASUN conscripts became highly resistant to physical and chemical attacks. Anthropomorphs in the ASUN were treated equally with everyday citizens.

Independent organizations studied the anthropomorphs and succeeded in creating a sentient race - these first generation furs were the pure-bred anthropomorphs. All pure-bred furs in Epiverse are digitigrade, have tails, paw-like hands and feet, and a full coat of fur.

It can be considered a long, epic story covering a tangent of reality starting with the year 1989 (which, in addition to being one of the last of the Cold War years, is coincidentally the birth year of Pyrosity). ==Anthropomorphism and Genetics in Epiverse==

Anthropomorphs were originally created as non-sentient soldiers for use by the NWI, this eventually lead to "Wardogs" - fiersome soldiers kept on leash by a trainer and put to war against hordes of ASUN conscripts. The ASUN, seeing much of their armies cut down like insects, reverse engineered the Wardog in order to develop enhancements for their own troops, provided by "spiked" food rations. The ASUN conscripts became highly resistant to physical and chemical attacks. On the occation that an early, pre-wardog anthropomorph were to escape into the ASUN, they were treated as equals; though still conscripted.

Independant organizations studied the anthropomorphs and succeded in creating a sentient race - these first generation furs were the pure-bred anthropomorphs. All pure-bred furs in Epiverse are digitigrade, have tails, paw-like hands and feet, and a full coat of fur.

There is also the presense of hybrid furs, whom have both pure human and pure anthropomorphic blood mixed together. These hybrid furs span from those very much like humans with slight differences in build and a fine coat of fur, to almost pure-bred furs that merely lack key features of the pure fur. Such features include the lack of digitigrade footing, a tail, and paw-like hands and feet.

But staying in his way are the bear [[Baloo]] and the panther [[Bagheera]]. Shere Khan have a big weakness and that is his great fear of fire.

[[Disney]] animated their very own version of Kipling's book which basicly have the same plot and characters with small alternations. Shere Khan does not show any signs of being born with a withered leg and the jackal Tabaqui does not show up anywhere. But Shere Khan is still the villain of the story and is out to get Mowgli. The Jungle Book is one of Disney's most loved classic animated movies.

There was once also an animated series that had appeared in some European countries airing in the mid-90's, mixing in characters from both [[The Lion King]] and the [[Jungle Book]], where Shere Khan was bossing around a wimpy [[Striped Hyena]] and was out to get [[Simba]] to put an end on him and become the king of the jungle. This was not animated by the Disney company but took a lot of ideas and character interpretations from it. It was told to be animated in France or Italy.

Since Shere Khan's popularity it became common to name tigers after him. Both [[plushies]], wild tigers, and real tigers in [[zoological]] parks. But behind the name, Shere Khan was named after a king of the Khan clan which were living in parts of Asia. An another famous Khan is Genghis Khan.

In 1990 Disney released the series ''[[Tale Spin]]'' where most of the loved characters of the Jungle Book appear with more humanoid characteristics. In this version, Khan, who originally appeared in Part II of the four-part pilot miniseries for the show, ''Plunder and Lightning'', is depicted as being neither good nor evil. He is the multi-millionare buisnessman and president of Khan Industries, a company which employs mostly felines. He is mostly just concerned with his company meeting its goals (even if it means someone has to get hurt in the process), he will occasionally dabble in illegal operations, such as when he secretly paid the [[Air Pirates]] to attack his refineries and steal his oil so that he could raise gas prices.

Despite this, Khan has a deep code of honor. He always repays his debts and he never goes back on a deal with anyone... but he'll still exploit loopholes in order to defeat his adversaries. This was demonstrated when Baloo saved Khan's life and in return a grateful Khan offered to give Baloo anything he wanted. Although at first Khan was perfectly willing to give Baloo whatever he asked for, Baloo's ridiculous demands soon grew on Khan's nerves, and he had his henchmen kidnap Baloo and hold him for ransom, in order to teach him a lesson. [[Kit Cloudkicker|Kit]] and [[Rebecca Cunningham|Rebecca]] were forced to sell everything Baloo had acquired from Khan to come up with the ransom money. The henchmen then gave the money to their boss following Baloo's release. Thus, Khan won in the end without (technically) going back on his deal with Baloo.

'''2 Sense''' was an internet radio show hosted by [[2|2 the Ranting Gryphon]], which was broadcast on the [[Rant Radio]] web station. Running for two years, the show revolved around the week's news, 2's politics, and the furry fandom.

The show had a different co-host each week. The cast included [[Adric]], [[Jakebe]], [[Prismo]], [[Dex]] and [[Rikku]]. The last co-host was primarily [[Aubrin]]; however, past co-hosts and guests did take the role from time to time. Jakebe was in fact the longest running co-host and the only co-host during the first 35 episodes of the show.

''2 Sense'' broadcasts were originally an hour in length, but increased to an hour and 50 minutes and streamed live at around 1am Saturday mornings;they were rebroadcast later in the week (and available for download on 2's website).

Despite the success of the show, in 2005, 2 announced that, due to its taking away from his personal time and the fact that the formula had become somewhat predictable, he would end the series. 2 planned to return to his recorded rants as well as larger projects.

*Pengie Penny - A short segment usually devoted to video game music in which the current cohost, Aubrin the Penguin, would say whatever he felt like. This gradually evolved from 3 minute rants to short little sentence-length nuggets of wisdom.
*Weekly Assignment - A short segment in which 2 would ask a question for readers to answer... ranging from "What illegal thing do you want for Christmas?" to "How has this show affected your life?" and then read off the best answers on the air.
*Chat game - A short game just for the people listening live. Two would read a sentence with a blank in it, such as "To make my horse go, all I have to do is BLANK him." and then read off the best answers emailed in during the show.
*Furry 15 Minutes - Never actually lasting 15 minutes, this small segment would include some details on one furr that Two had met and interviewed during the week;his/her occupation, hobbies, feelings on the furry fandom and advice.

Past segments used on the show but cancelled were:
*Furry News - News about the [[furry fandom]] as well as any extremely funny news articles involving animals. This ended when people realised there wasn't enough news coming out of the fandom for it to require a weekly segment.
*Dumb Laws - 2 read out all of the Dumb Laws from each state in USA. (it only ended because they ran out of states).
*Wierd Trippy Goo - The weird trippy goo segment was a 3 minute long segment by Maligno in which he said whatever came to mind. It ended when Maligno was commited to a mental hospital. No-one has since heard from him.
* Garr's Word Of The Week - One word of particular interest presented each week by the sultry voice of Garr, in which Two and his co-host were challenged to use during the rest of the show. Soon replaced by Garr's Travel Stories.

He was the first, and longest running, co-host, and the only one up until episode 34 of 2 Sense.
Jakebe (real name Dave/David) is an active member of the [[furry fandom]] and frequents several furry conventions. His [[avatar (virtual reality)|avatar]] was previously a raven, however, later it was changed to a bunny in spite of 2's relentless mockery.

Jakebe is now working on artwork related to the [[furry fandom]] and has been largely involved with the furry [[comic]] ''[[Boomer Express]]''.

====Aubrin (The Pengi)====
Aubrin was the co-host who became the standard co-host after Jakebe left. He co-hosted about 30 shows in total, just short of the amount Jakebe co-hosted. However, he co-hosted more of the two hour live shows whereas Jakebe co-hosted more of the original one hour shows.

Aubrin uses a penguin as his avatar in the fandom and thus gained the nickname 'The Pengi' during his time on the show. A common gag during his stint on the show was for 2 to poke him in order to make him squeal, or some other attempt to make him sad, claiming that it made Aubrin cuter that way.

Aubrin is a well respected and well known artist in the [[furry fandom]]. A good deal of his art can be found at his personal website along with his live journal.

Rikku co-hosted only once for show 34 when Jakebe was unavaliable; however, he became well liked by the listeners. Rikku uses a bunny as his avatar and was teased on the show for it, possibly strengthening the running "Bunny" joke on the show.

At 19 years old, Rikku was the youngest person ever to co-host on 2 Sense.

====Adric====
Adric again was a one-off co-host for the show (#39). He was a little too quiet during the show he co-hosted and a little hesitant to give his opinion.

Adric has been mentioned on many occasions on 2 Sense for being able to turn gay men straight by sucking all the gayness from the surrounding area by playing [[Dance Dance Revolution]] (DDR) to the song "[[It's Raining Men]]"

Adric uses the avatar of a rat in the [[furry fandom]].

====Spazfox====
Spazfox sent in the longest running segment that was not done by either 2 or a co-host during the run of '' 2 Sense''. Spazfox was the creator of the 'Spazfox's DVD of the Week' segment, in which he reviewed DVDs in a very unique manner.

====Garr====
Garr is a British fur who once sent in an audio letter which happened to make 2 go weak at the knees. Garr's voice is accepted amungst the 2 Sense listeners as being so sexy it will even turn a straight man on (and many have sent in letters to the show confirming this). Garr started with the "Word Of The Week" segment but then changed his segment to "Garr's Travels" where he discussed places he had visited during his many failed attempts to go to [[Anthrocon]].

Garr also read the popular poem ''[[The Raven]]'' as a segment, but at over 10 minutes, it was too long to include on the show.

Now that "2 Sense" has ended, Garr is cohosting the radio show [[FBC|VLF]] on the [[FBC]] with fellow British fur [[Sphelx]].

Maligno is a 15 year old who sent in the Wierd Trippy Goo segment. He was commited to a mental hospital by his parents and contact since has not been possible. His segment however was a unique outlook on the world and many viewed it as quite strange (but in a good way).

[[Jessie T. Wolf]] is a fur artist from Toronto Canada, who appeared on two of the shows as a guest and did a commissioned picture for 2 Gryphon, as well as giving one away as a prize on one of the shows.

She is very tiny and cute according to 2 Gryphon and was extremely shy when on the show.

Mathew Gafford, better known as '''Fredryk Phox''', is a [[furry]] that creates video, music, and Flash, often in jest of certain aspects of the [[Furry Fandom|fandom]]. Located in Alabama, he maintains his own personal site. Fredryk's popularity on the internet has grown in the past few years. Currently it is very difficult to contact Fredryk as he is busy working on a full motion cartoon (Fredryk Phox's Drug Wars). He is soon going to release a DVD that will contain this cartoon as well as past work, including the ABS video.

==Videography==
Fredryk grew to fame from his first video, "Introducing Fredryk Phox", found on the website Ebaumsworld.com. He has also done work for a number of other main stream "funny" websites. In his videos you will find him pulling pranks and acting stupid. During his video "Wal-mart in Johnson City That is a Super-center" he goes through a McDonalds restaurant drive-thru and screams "girls to the back" in a high pitched comical voice. (this was because earlier in the video his friend "Penguin" tells a brief story of a strip club where the bouncer yells "girls to the back"). They then proceed to Wal-mart where Fredryk finds a pillow and seemingly takes a nap on the floor. Following this you see Fred in the sporting goods section with a golf club in his hand and singing the lyrics "Meet me at da club"(popularized by rap icon 50 Cent). This is just a sample of his work which some people find humorous and entertaining.

Fredryk also created a similar video for the website Albinoblacksheep.com, called the ABS Video 1. Throughout the video there are several short, seemingly random clips placed amung original, usually parodic music videos to songs from various artists.

The show is a 2-hour show, with random music and requests the first hour and informative news (furry and non-furry), and "tabloids" read from the Weekly World News the second hour. If time allows, Austin will open up the Skype lines.

Sometimes the Skype Lines are open early and chaos ensues (i.e., too many people in the conference, therefore skipping may occur) but the host has assured us that only one or 2 will be talking at a time to prevent such disasters from happening again.

The show is recorded in Oak Park, MI, in the bedroom of a small house. The host typically calls his room "[[Wolf Den Productions]]" as this is where most of his work is done.

'''Fredryk Phox''' is a [[furry]] that creates video, music, and Flash, often in jest of certain aspects of the [[Furry Fandom|fandom]]. Located in Alabama, maintains his own personal site. Fredryk's popularity on the internet has grown in the past few years, Some would go as far as to claim he is an internet "god" of sorts. Currently it is very difficult to contact Fredryk as he is busy working on a full motion cartoon (Fredryk Phox's Drug Wars). He is soon going to release a DVD that will contain this cartoon as well as past work, i.e. The ABS video.

Fredryk grew to fame from his first video, "Introducing Phredryk Phox". Found on the website Ebaumsworld.com. He has also done work for a number of other main stream "funny" websites. In his videos you will find him pulling pranks and acting stupid. During his video "Wal-mart in Johnson City That is a Super-center" he goes through a McDonalds restaurant drive-thru and screams "girls to the back" in a high pitched comical voice. (this was because earlier in the video his friend "Penguin" tells a brief story of a strip club where the bouncer yells "girls to the back"). They then proceed to Wal-mart where Fredryk finds a pillow and seemingly takes a nap on the floor. Following this you see Fred in the sporting goods section with a golf club in his hand and singing the lyrics "Meet me at da club"(popularized by rap icon 50 cent). This is just a sample of his work which most people find humorous and entertaining.
