hi i was wondering if anyone knew of any professional furry comics? i mean the kind of thing you would actually buy in a comic book store, not just an online comic. im looking for professional artwork type stuff.

let me know if you can help! thanks!
(you can also email me on greyheart@btopenworld.com)

:You could browse :Category:Comics for all the comics which have been published on paper. There are a number of Web-only comics, but also plenty of manga, TPBs, standard-format and ashcan books. Start with anything published by Antarctic Press and Shanda Fantasy Arts, as well as Sofawolf Press. -- Siege(talk) 20:53, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

Xai

:I reccomend Genus, it's a long running comic and some of the issues are truly outstanding. On that note, would anyone out there like me to compile a complete listing of all issues of genus, the artists that participated in that issue, story titles and breif overviews of stories? (it would take me a while, so if nobody wants it, i won't bother)

Slilibus

:Genus comics are great, but if want you can get a look at what you like at paws.ru or go to muushi.net they both have tons of comics and most of them are very professional.

:Silibus, the sites you link to are probably inappropriate for this forum. Paws.ru is an imageboard featuring all sorts of pirated comics and artwork posted without permission (as imageboards are prone to do), and Muushi.net is a Gallery2 installation dedicated to reposting content from commercially-sold comics and commercial websites. --Felix Softpaw 07:45, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

Silibus
:Sorry about that, I really didnt know. I just remembered seeing those comics on those sites. I didnt mean to do any wrong.

It's quite alright. I'm sure those of us that want to, have no trouble finding those sites, regardless. If anyone does happen to know a good running comic (not on the internet) I'd be interested in information too ^-^Phlax Tradorian 20:05, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Hey. I'm Dana Dragonpaw. I'd rather not give out my real name or exact location, but I'm a Canadian furry. Um, I don't know if I'll be adding anything, but I may edit some stuff (I don't claim to know everything about furry fandom, but I am a bit of a spelling and grammar Nazi).

Anyway, I just thought I may as well make my presence known here. :) --Dana Dragonpaw 22:46, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

Y'know, I'm also pretty new here. I was just a bit too shy to make a post about it.
And, like you, I don't think I can contribute that much, besides being a grammar and spelling Nazi.
Welcome, anyway.

Hey Yall!

I am also a new fur to this wiki. I thought I might as well join. Must be a great place to make yourself known among others. I am a Western Mass IT Student in the day, canine looking for attention and scritches at night. Catch me on Second Life sometime =^_^=

Hi everybody, I joined up a few days ago myself. Lots of the people here are very friendly and if there is anything you need, I will do my best to help. If you need to contact me I am in furaffinity under the same name, deviantart as "Alive-Again" and I have yahoo messenger. Or you can just click my name and edit my page. --Silibus

♥Greetings true believers!!! I'm Phlax Tradorian. I'm a little new to this side of the galaxy. I've visited a few times before, seeing as i've traveled quite a bit, but now i've decided to set up a little camp here, if you will. Being that this is a NEW part of the galaxy, i'm looking to meet some friends. Or even just some nice people to chat with once or twice.
I can't metion why i'm here, or where my camp is, unfortunately, due to some "friends" back on my side of our little quadrant of the universe. This also complicates photos. Perhaps once i get more settled, i'll be able to look into that.
I would like to say though that my species very closely resembles a tiger or some big cat, with a bit of skunk thrown in. My fur is a velvety blue, but very dark and rich, almost black. I have electric green stripes too. ^-^ Two big ones from my head down my back, and several scattered ones everywhere else. Well, i look forward to meeting some of you guys.

So, here i am again. I forgot to mention a few things. I was trying to install a new qurtan booster to my.... anyway, i'm back and not in such a hurry. So, i'm about six foot two. My tail's about four foot five. I love art (especially furry art *actually, while we're on the subject, can anyone fill me in on these hairless creatures that walk around? they're called peo-pul, right?*), music, theatre. I actually have done a bit of acting myself. In my former line of work it was neccessary actually. Like i've mentioned earlier, i'm here to settle down i think. all's well on this side. ^-^
I'm very eager to meet new furries. six months aboard a ship is a bit lonely. i'd really like to meet a nice wolf-like. idk what it is, but wolves are so cute. they remind me of gamules back home.... so cute....
<BR> anyway, i digress. If there's anything more anyone would like to know, feel free to send me a vid- uh... wait. e-mail? is that what these are here? a message would be just fine. i don't believe i have an e-mail adress yet... perhaps i'll look into that..... ^-^ Phlax Tradorian 19:52, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
