Furcation is an open format furry event that takes place at the Combe Martin Beach Holiday park in Combe Martin, North Devon, UK. Described as "Pontins/Butlins for Furries!", Furcation offers accommodation in chalets and caravans that can cater from 1-6 people with various different luxury options.

Furcation has been pitched as an event for those seeking an alternative to the convention format and for those who are looking for a cheaper and more relaxing event to attend.

2016
Pricing
Tickets for Furcation 2016 started from £47.00 rising to £159.00 depending on the chalet option chosen and number of people sharing. Furcation 2016 also offered an attendance only ticket which gave unlimited access to the event for £20 for the entire weekend.

History
Furcation was originally scheduled to take place over September 11-14, 2015, at Warrens Holiday Village in Clevedon, North Somerset, England. Due to difficulties with the planned venue, the convention was cancelled for 2015 with the staff expressing the hope to put together an event for 2016.

Furcation 2016 took place over the weekend of October 14-17 2016 at the John Fowler Combe Martin Beach holiday park in Combe Martin. The event attracted 90 registered attendees of which, 48 opted to Sponsor. The event raised £530 for their nominated charity, Secret World . The event has received good reviews from both attendees and the venues own staff who have liked the relaxed nature of Furcation and it's balance between events and social time.

Venue
Noting a rise in the number of start-up conventions in the UK, the Furcation organisers wished to step as far away as possible from traditional furry conventions. Hence, instead of being based in a hotel, Furcation looked towards the exclusive use of a holiday camp for the duration of the event.

For 2016, Furcation was based at the Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park in North Devon owned by John Fowler Holidays.

Maxwell Rodgers
How come you do not let me edit my own page and keep reverting it? Ive been trying to keep it blank until i have the info written properly, I'm sorry if that i upset you, but you have all the wrong information on this site. Maxwell Rodgers IS NOT a person, HE IS MY FURSONA. I have not and will not give you my real name. Please let me edit or tell me how to make so you understand that Maxwell Rodgers is my FURSONA, I don't know where to put it. Please help. <small>—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Maxwell5050 (talk • contribs) .</small>

:Within the fandom, it is normal for people to refer to themselves as their fursonas, but if this is the case, I'm sure we would be glad to correct the article. However, bear in mind that this is not "your own page". It is "our page about your character". While you may own copyright on, say, a story which you wrote about your character, you do not own the right to control factual descriptions of your character by others, just as anyone may write a Wikipedia article about Harry Potter. We will seek to write the best article that we can with the details publicly available. --GreenReaper(talk) 17:14, 18 June 2014 (EDT)

Thank you for all those improvements to Norwegian-language education article. Was working on 2nd revision when it got eaten (along with all my other tabs). Revo joined the Furry fandom in January, 2008. He is an avid art commissioner. Revo was a SoFurry staff member for the site TeamSpeak voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) service from 2013-2014.

Fursona
Revolutionary Spark's fursona is a Lindrac, a female Floating Elemental Dragon with the same name.

Appearance: Being small and tiny, the dragoness is covered in soft fluffy fur from head to toe. The pigment in her fur is yellow with flushes of pink intertwined giving her fur a pinkish glossy look, her tail long and slim with charcoal black stained fur going up to a large ball of fluff, with the pinkish yellow glossy fur combining with three striped markings to form a lightning bolt. Her thighs have a single stripe, separate from her tail. Her alluring eyes are crimson red that entice people to her face with a bird like mouth, and cut in shaped ears with two tufted horns poking out of her tufted fluff like hair.

Weaponry: Kinsight Blade, her blade hand forged by her own hand made from a mixture of antimatter and obsidian for the core and the blade of crystal compound. A blade that is near indestructible though only being a prototype, it weighs more than a bus and can cut through anything

Bio: Being small she is commonly underestimated with her abilities such as being a master blacksmith with her apprentice and building weapons to feed the masses who need them for defense. Now also being the Lieutenant and Commander of D.E.M.O, she has the ability to command a large group of troops and train them in any way she wants though she never uses them and goes into battle alone.

Appearance: During this form Revo has sprouted wings, her beak growing firmer like a hawk's, her ears get less fluffy, and her body gains feathers and goes down towards a feathered long tail. Around her neck is a D.E.M.O. branded collar that restricts her from going into this form, but can be turned on to allow it with a turn of a dial. Her markings tip the feathers of her wings and on her ears, and her tail becomes fully yellow and black, as her hands and feet paws change into talons.

Weaponry: In this state, her usual weapon the Kinsight Blade she does not use; she leaves it where she ascended relying on her speed and whatever element she has chosen to punish her prey.
