POILA: /* In response to DarkLurker's enquiry on the Warhammer 40K cosplayer */

Can the white lion fur who is making the Warhammer 40K Space Marine costume make a note here? For the Emperor! :) - DarkLurker

It has been over half a year without any update from the white lion fur and his Warhammer 40K costume. I'm removing it from the fursuit list for the moment. Please do get in touch with me (you can leave a message here), and I'll edit you back in! Good luck. :) DarkLurker

To Darklurker,

The cosplayer in question was actually MercuryPrideStar, who formally assumed the fursona of that of a white lion. However, in recent times, this person you have in question has now recently changed his identity of that of a green-colored tiger/fox hybrid. And it is believed that this Singaporean fur in question could be found in the form of "almostcrazy" in the FurAffinity website. He goes by "mickyradfox" and was formerly "mercurylion".

The information that was placed in this article was added on the basis that he actually uploaded a video via his Youtube account, stating that he is initiating works on his Warhammer 40K Space Marine costume for cosplay; however, financial troubles and technical difficulties meant that this Warhammer costume would not be finished in due time, and thus be delayed. Adding to the fact that cosplay is NOT his primary form of entertainment or community content - he draws and loves music more than cosplay - it is safe to assume that the Warhammer cosplay project would not be his primary outlet at the moment.

You may omit that section on the Warhammer cosplay section; however in future edits, this information should be taken IN MIND so that if more cosplayers should contribute to the Singapore anthro fandom scene, please take note as necessary. Peace!

P.S: I believe two persons called "DJAtomika" (also a music lover) and "Roswell" (a green panda person) have hands-on information on the Warhammer 40000 mythos.

Krado

2010-06-19T19:30:58Z

POILA: Edited main profession and grammar; added online activity, notable contributions, fandom activity, deviantART link

'''Krado''' is furry who lives in Singapore. As long as he has been around the Singaporean furry fandom, his [[character|fursona]] has always been a [[lion]]. During his early days of the fandom, he frequented the [http://www.anthroasia.com/forums/ AnthroAsia forums] as an outlet for discussion for furmeets and outings, usually taking "leadership/organizer" roles for such outings. However, during recent times as of 2009 till now (2010), his activity there has decreased quite a bit, due to factors such as using social networking services such as [http://www.facebook.com/ Facebook] for matter of convenience.

Other than maintaining his furry identity, he keeps himself busy with his multiple interests in automobiles, bicycles, computers and the occasional art/photography streak. His main profession is that of an editor for an information technology (I.T.) website called [http://asia.cnet.com/ CNET Asia] where he is assigned to write informative articles of the latest trends in electronic devices and gadgets, as well as answer user questions via [http://asia.cnet.com/digitalliving/ask/ Ask CNET Asia] where he would give recommendations on purchasing electronic gadgets and personal computer upgrades.

POILA:

'''Hello, POILA is here for you and only you! Yes, you (points to you at the computer monitor NOW)!'''''
So who am I?

Who is POILA?

POILA is an anagram of Polymorph and I.L - two of my commonly-used usernames in the Internet for sites like deviantART, ArtPiles, GINPU.US and AnthroAsia (down with you, FurAffinity - you ARE evil! I shall support good, clean art FOR GREATER JUSTICE!)

At my spare time, I usually see myself as a Doctor Insano-derivative from an alternate dimension (see: The Spoony Experiment). TAKE THAT, YOU TALENTLESS DERIVATIVE! (see: Cross-collaboration between Atop The Fourth Wall and The Spoony Experiment on the video review on the comic "Ultimate Warrrior Issues 2 -3" at ThatGuyWithTheGlasses.com or Channel Awesome... Channel Awesome FTW!)

Actually, I am a big fan and a huge advocate of good, clean, intelligent and non-fan-pandering anthropomorphic art and cartoons and funny animals (please avoid the "furry" label on me, KTHXBAI!) I enjoy a variety (I mean.... a WIDE variety) of webcomics ranging from the strange - eg.) Happle Tea, MS Paint Adventures, Femmegasm, Nedroid's Bad Comics Challenge, to the common webcomic types like eg.) Ozy and Millie, Commander Kitty, The Whiteboard, mr goh, to the really mind-blowingly-stunning and popular... sometimes, controversial like eg.) Last Res0rt, Suicide-For-Hire (and definitely not jack, haha), Laugh-Out-Loud-Cats, Lackadaisy (1st story arc only, boo-hoo) and finally anything that is done by Bengo & Pug (see: The Webcomic Overlook: "Who Are You? An interview with Bengo & Pug" at http://webcomicoverlook.com/2008/12/14/who-are-you-an-interview-with-bengo-pug/).

I came from Southeast Asia, I like Asian things, I dig social studies, humanities and humanitarian stuff, I LOVE ( or <3 ) cartoons and any Funny Animal comics, especially the WORTHY ones, and my interest is in growing from Amateur Wikipedian to Master Wikipedian on these topics:

1.) ANYTHING to do with AnthroAsia
2.) ANYTHING to do with Singapore and the user fanabse of lovers for cartoons, animations, NOTABLE webcomics, artists, and MOAR anthro art
3.) ANYTHING to do with notable contributions that can be RELATED to Channel Awesome, TGWTG, Atop The Fourth Wall, Nostlagia Critic that can be also related to the Anthro Art Fandom (aka "stop calling it furries plz... ICK~!)
4.) ANYTHING to do with Southeast Asian/Asian contexts of local productions that has Funny Animal/Anthropomorphism themes in it.
5.) Last, but not least, and definitely not a must-end-to-all, TV TROPES! I love you ,TV Tropes... you made me come to here to begin with, HOO-ZAH! And now I shall BOTH you TV Tropes and WikiFur... seriously, NOT "WikiAnthro"? How sad...

Greetings and hoo-zah ranting raves from the small corners of The Merlion City!
