Onyx Forepaw, also known as Jess Golden , is a furry artist and fursuiter.

Fursona
Onyx's fursona is a "partially (sometimes fully) fat fur dog" with shock red hair and a lightning bolt on her back leg. She is a light tan colour with lighter tan on her belly and paws. Her ears are brown and sports a large brown 'back patch'. Her hair is Scene style, covering the side of her face which is usually on the right side, although its place varies depending on how Onyx is drawn. She sports dark brown / black circular patches around her eyes to fit with her slightly dark theme, and her eyes themselves can vary from any colour between green and dark-brown hazel. Her tail varies in size and three quarters of it is red, in the same red as her hair. Her body owns many scars, about five in total.

Onyx's anthro form is based very human-like, mainly depicted wearing an untidy blue school uniform, blue boot Converse and large glasses, but has no variation or change in body type or markings.
Onyx has three forms across anthro and feral, Disneyverse, Panemverse and Potterverse.

Disneyverse is Onyx’s main feral form (although Disneyverse can be depicted on two legs as an anthro) which is used generally in her BOLT fanart and fiction / original works. Onyx in this form is paired with the character Bolt, under the name 'Bonyx' (see Pairings).

Panemverse, refering to Panem, the country location in The Hunger Games series of novels, is Onyx's form in District 3, Technology, taking a changed anthro form for such. In Panemverse, Onyx is paired with a younger, canine Beetee, the pairing named Beetyx.

Potterverse is used in conjunction with Harry Potter fanart and fiction, hence Potterverse, which in anthro is shown in Gryffindor uniform and in feral, just a Gryffindor tie. She is paired with a canine representation of character Ron Weasley from the series (see Pairings). Potterverse Onyx can also be shown as a wolf.

Pairings
Onyx is involved with three fan-made pairings, Bonyx, Ronyx and Beetyx.

Bonyx is Bolt X Onyx and is the more globally supported and known couple. It features Onyx’s Disneyverse feral form. Two puppies follow, namely Seamus and Fern. (Reference image supplied when available.)

Ronyx is Ron X Onyx, which is less-known and drawn a lot less, with fewer fanarts than its more popular rival Bonyx. It features either Potterverse anthro or feral Onyx, with either anthro or feral Ron Weasley. Two puppies also follow Ronyx, who are Harry and Molly Jr Weasley. (Reference image supplied when available.)

Beetyx is Beetee X Onyx, currently the least known pairing. It's also the most planned, with detailed back story and plot.
"Beetyx is set around the time of the 17th Canine Hunger Games, around which time, Beetee is 16 years old. He and Onyx have known each other since they became friends in a small infant school in District 3, and have stuck together as best friends all this time, until Beetee is reaped as tribute in the 17th Hunger Games. Distraught, Onyx watches Beetee play the Games, and is thrilled beyond anything when he returns as Victor, when they realise they've been more than just friends all along."

− There are no puppies in Beetyx, as this would clash with the plot line to the original Hunger Games series.
