Chimera Synx (or just Synx) is an artist whose fursona is a white, genderless parasitic creature called a foetus fortiscoda. Synx is mated to chimerabred.

Species
Similar to a traditional chimera, a foetus fortiscoda appears to be a hybrid of animals. It is actually a parasitic monster, its own unique species that has strange traits, such as being able to remove its skin from its muscles, contort its body, and insert its limbs into the bodies of other creatures with minor pain and relatively little bleeding.

ChimeraSynx has written these following sentances in the descriptions of his images on Furaffinity, mostly explaining Synxes:

Although Synx’s race has a skeleton it rarely serves as support. More often then not the body is what actually supports the bones. Synx’s body is a giant writhing muscle that can function without the skeleton for the most part. This means it’s arms, legs and everything else has the mobility of a tongue, but while still being restricted to the shape of the occupying skeleton. Synx and it’s race needs this mobility to navigate the large bodies of what ever they become a parasite for, moving in just the right way so they can avoid vital organs and arteries. This comes at a price however, meaning their mobility in the outside world is awkward at best. Simple things like walking can be annoying.

their food isn’t supposed to be dead. Once the prey’s inner pulsating stops and the body grows cold, a Synx’s dining experience can quickly be ruined. But hey, we all make mistakes. Synxes typically know their prey’s anatomy almost as well as a surgeon, but this knowledge isn’t acquired without much trial and error. At a glance it seems this synx tried to suck this fellow’s inner contents out though his neck hole before losing it’s appetite, but this is not entirely a waste. Even with inedible meat the synx finds a way to taste the meal thoroughly to raise anticipation for the next encounter of this species.

They have no society and therefore need not verbally differentiate themselves from one another. They are solitary creatures lost in their own greed and self importance, like a good predator should be. The only time they join together is if their lives depend on it in one way or another, be it food or defense. The only ones that have identification are the ones who socialize… with their food. Even then, their names are given to them by creatures other then themselves. So the nameless ones are less likely to chat about the football game before they eat you, good to know!

A large horn rack and the appearance of crying are signs of a synx that thinks it’s tough shit! Their horns have to be sheered every so often to keep them small and manageable for when they parasitically puncture their way into an animal. The damn things grow faster then finger nails, and are made of a similar but smoother substance. A synx that tries to live on the outside world exclusively and forgoes it’s parasitic heritage does not need to groom it’s horns, obviously. However the workings of their body, tolerances and immune systems are all built to survive living inside something else. Things harmless to us are not so to them. That stuff that’s coming from it’s eyes are not tears. It is not emo, nor is it sad over the US economy. Those in the loop already know synx blood is clear; indistinguishable from mucus. It is bleeding from the eyes, and that is a result of massive infection, probably some diseases to! This somewhat large Synx could probably take a human in a straightforward fight, well an unarmed suburban one anyway. This little prowess is impressive for their race, and that’s what usually leads to this strange behavior of permanent outdoor living.

There are allot of tick and leach-like parasites where Synx comes from so Synx can remove it’s skin and then swallow it. Synx’s stomach deals with the hitchhikers and cleans the skin simultaneously, it’s very convenient!

Artwork
Synx draws unusual pornographic images. These images range from the bizarre to the questionable, and often feature themes of vore and erotic violence but little actual sex.
