Association with Fascist imagery, Nazism, the Alt-Right, and the Furry Raiders
Foxler is a founder and CEO of the Furry Raiders, performing a Nazi salute in fursuit for a photograph, using a modified version of the Nazi Imperial War Flag with the swastika replaced with a paw and the Iron Cross replaced with a fox head design, paying money to join a Neo-Nazi group, stating that he hates Black people and would rally for the Ku Klux Klan, saying "I stand with Hitler", and referring to himself as "Foxler the Hitler of Furry Fandom", in addition to associating himself with the "alt right", a term popularized by white supremacist Richard B. Spencer.

Though Foxler is of mixed-Thai ancestry, this behavior has been criticized as "aping the forms, fashions, conduct, and politics of the Nazis".

Foxtrot Club ban
In 2016, the Furry Raiders were asked not to wear their armbands to attend Foxtrot Club events, a fursuit-friendly dance night in a Denver club. Foxler chose to wear the armband to the club anyway, and allegedly assaulted somebody or was assaulted on the way out after being asked to leave, and so was permanently banned from all future Foxtrot events.

Child grooming
In 2005, Foxler posted a LiveJournal entry admitting to knowingly engaging in cybersex with a 13-year-old girl when he was 18.

In 2011, 24-year-old Foxler was accused of attempting to convince a 16-year-old girl to run away from her parents, plying her by sending her money and a puppy.

Foxler has commented that "dressing up as a cute fox" allows him to "trap" people and get their guard down, "even children".

Bestiality
Foxler has been accused of committing bestiality, and has admitted to having sexual contact with a dog as a teenager.

In addition to admitting to wanting to have sex with dogs, he has claimed that his dogs are "sexual beings", and has described French kissing a puppy. He had an account on Beast Forum, since banned. As recently as mid-2016 activity, his F-List profile listed Zoophilia as a "favorite" interest.

Compromisation of BLFC 2017's attendees' personal information
Several furries have stated that Foxler hacked into and compromised the personal information of all of BLFC 2017's attendees, including email address, home addresses, and the real names of each furry/fursuiter who attended the convention. Some have speculated he did it to blackmail those who attended, or that he did it with the intention of tracking down and harming the attendees, or to send his cronies after them.

Intention to kill furries
Some have stated that Foxler, at some point, intends to kill any or all furries, be it at a furmeet, furry convention, etc.

DenFur ban
On August 23, 2018, Foxler was banned and escorted out of the DenFur furry convention's premises with some saying that he was arrested as well. News of this spread like wildfire on furry twitter, and many were delighted.

Controversy
Zoosadist Evidence
In September 2018, Telegram chat logs circulated online which appeared to show Kero discussing acts of bestiality and necrophilia with animals, and videos which are claimed to be Kero committing such acts.

The evidence is disputed as several of the features of those in the videos do not match Kero, however, the user IDs of the Telegram chat logs appear to match those of Kero's real account.. Kero claims their account was hacked, and that these logs have been faked.

Although users claimed to have sent information to authorities, no official investigation is known at this time nor have any charges been filed.
