:This article is about the convention. "Pawsome" is also a furspeech adaption of "awesome".
Pawsome is a furry convention which is held at the Bowden Hall Hotel in Gloucester, England. The next iteration is scheduled for October 1-October 5, 2026. Pawsome advertises the event as having a more liberal dress code than other UK furry conventions, and also differs by providing prospective attendees with one membership number, which is theirs to keep indefinitely.

Origins
Pawsome was created by directors Flux, VolkaPup and Neutron. The directors came from an experienced furry convention volunteering background with Flux (previously known as Rapido) having been the chairperson of RBW, Volka (previously known as Smirnoff) having been the chairperson of Scotiacon and Neutron being a well-known name in the Manchester con-ops scene.

Dress code
Pawsome allows non-fursuit animal costumes, such as pup play gear, to be worn openly in the convention space. *Billy the little collie, representing babyfurs.
*Spot, a cheetah who wears puppy play gear.

Sponsors
Pawsome is a not-for-profit organisation which intends to run conventions annually. As a result, financial support and equipment have been provided by the convention's commercial partners.

NottsFurs is the name given to the local furry community and active furmeet held in the city of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Furmeet
The Nottingham Furmeet currently runs on the first Saturday of every month at Golf Fang, between 12pm and 5pm, and is the UK's third largest furmeet by active group members.

Venue
The current venue, Golf Fang, has been enjoyed for its photography opportunities and large venue space with and activities such as pool tables, minigolf course, arcade and karaoke. The venue dedicates a headless lounge for NottsFurs attendees.

Nottingham and the Furry Fandom
Nottingham has an untapped furry culture surrounding the city. Nottingham is the origin of the legendary figure Robin Hood, whose story was the inspiration for Disney's Robin Hood, a film very popular with and an early example of the furry fandom. There is a signpost next to Nottingham Castle and Robin Hood statue named "The Furry Sticker Pole of Nottingham", which as the name suggests, has been covered with furry stickers.

As of 2025, Nottingham Trent University's Student Union has a Furry Society, though unrelated to the NottsFurs meet.

Although there is a strong historical link between Nottingham and the wider Furry Fandom, there is no Furry convention based in the Nottinghamshire area. The closest convention to Nottingham is ConFuzzled in Birmingham.

Pawsome is a furry convention which is held at the Bowden Hall Hotel in Gloucester, England. The next iteration is scheduled for October 3-October 6, 2025. Pawsome advertises the event as having a more liberal dress code than other UK furry conventions, and also differs by providing prospective attendees with one membership number, which is theirs to keep indefinitely.

Venue and attendance
Pawsome has exclusive use of Bowden Hall Hotel and its grounds, enabling privacy and safety for attendees.

He organized two large art packs featuring gay MLP content. The first art pack, "Saddle Up", contained their comic "All Aboard" along with the works of many others. The second art pack, "Saddle Up: Creature Comforts", focused on non-pony characters from the MLP universe, and was where "Comic Relief: Part 1" would make it's debut. Braeburned also contributed two pieces to a Christmas-themed "Hooves and Holly" art pack.

Furry Works
In 2022, FWA created a large foam prop inspired by Braeburned's comic, "609".<ref> Brae! on Twitter: "609 DOOR REAL... Posted May 6, 2022. Braeburned has since made his own wooden "609" door prop, which he brings to Anthro New England for public photoshoots.

In exchange for a guest comic by Declan McCarthy in the physical print of the first "609" comic, Braeburned, made an illustration of Jeb the Incubus to be printed in Declan's book, "Jeb the Incubus #3".<ref> Brae! on Twitter: "Finally posting these Cowboy Jebs... Posted Jan 22, 2021.
