Daniel Keller ended up liking the new talking animal version of Foxee so much that it soon became the primary version of Foxee drawn. Daniel Keller decided to develop the talking animal version of Foxee as a completely new and seperate character from the older furry version of Foxee, and as a result gave the talking animal version of Foxee an entirly new personality and backstory. Unlike her furry predecessor who had a very soft-spoken and gentle personality, the cartoon animal version of Foxee is much more light-hearted, fun-loving, innocent, and full of life. She acts much closer to a true fox than the furry version of her character, and can often be found doing fox-like activities such as exploring new objects in her environment or hunting small animals as prey.<br /> <br /> Foxee lives in the shadow of the Transfiguration of Our Lord [[Wikipedia:Russian Orthodox Church|Russian Orthodox]] church in [[Wikipedia:Ninilchik, Alaska|Ninilchik, Alaska]]. Despite the fact that she lives near a church, Foxee, since she is a fox, is pretty much completely oblivious to the concept human religion. Instead she lives on the grounds of the church for the comfortable shelter that it provides and the beautiful backdrop that the church creates. While Foxee can be depicted in artwork and stories as existing during any time period, most of the artwork that she is in shows her as living during the first half of the [[Wikipedia:20th century|20th Century]] and playing around with technological objects from that time-period such as vacuum tube-based radios and biplane aircraft.
