Furry Fiesta is a furry convention that is held in Dallas, Texas, USA and is, as of 2013, the only such convention in Texas. It occurs each February or March at the InterContinental Dallas. Dedicated to the advancement of the furry fandom as a whole and the enjoyment of its attendees, it includes a variety of events centered around the concept of bringing people together for social enjoyment.

The Dallas Regional Anthropomorphic Meeting Association (DRAMA) was formed as a 501(c)(7) non-profit governing organization in the first half of 2008. Officers were elected, by-laws were documented, and it became an entity in its own right.

Gwaland

Gwaland: Removed citation needed. I figure I know what I say about myself. :p

Gwaland (born January 11) is a furry who lives in Carrollton, Texas, U.S.A. with his mate Maxamillion Jag. His fursona is a black housecat with blue stripes.

As of 2011, Gwaland is the systems administrator for Furry Fiesta. He is the self-titled "The Anti-Yiff" which indicates his claimed ability to turn even a room of foxes off merely by entering the room, and not a distaste for yiffing itself.
