guguke (pronounced gu-GU-keh, /gɯˈgɯke/) is a furry fan and fursuiter from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Their fursona is a maned wolf of the same name. The name is normally styled with a lowercase initial.<br />
<br />
==Fursona==<br />
guguke is non-binary and masculine-presenting, uses they/them pronouns, and is queer. In a March 2024 introduction, they stated that they had begun designing their first fursona on January 24, 2024.<br />
<br />
===Appearance===<br />
The character is tall, slim, and very fluffy. Their body and head are primarily coral. The head fur begins lime and transitions to amethyst toward the neck, while the dark-purple back fades into amethyst. The paws are amethyst with lime paw pads, and the tail is coral, white, and amethyst, transitioning to dark purple.<br />
<br />
Other markings include a curved, diamond-shaped white belly patch, arrow-like chest stripes, cosmic curved patterns extending from the legs toward the back, and the green Ingress Enlightened symbol on the left arm. Round-frame glasses are almost always worn.<br />
<br />
===Personality===<br />
guguke is described as curious and exploratory, with an interest in new places, ideas, puzzles, and how things work. Although shy and awkward around strangers, they enjoy group activities. They are amiable, empathetic, submissive, and self-deprecating, and enjoy helping others. They also like detailed schedules, planning, and perfectionism in small things.<br />
<br />
===Background===<br />
In the character's backstory, an emerald celestial light transports guguke to beings of pure consciousness. Cosmic rituals reshape them, adding the amethyst and lime colors and celestial markings to their coat. After returning home, they search for the meaning of the transformation and whether it has made them a bridge between worlds.<br />
<br />
