Reword to Video game designers if this is a category to keep? -- Sine 13:20, 20 May 2012 (EDT)
:It seems like a bit of a fluff category as it is now. If we keep it, we should really expand it to cover or have subcategories for all types of game designers, e.g. Bard Bloom for World Tree. --GreenReaper(talk) 13:55, 20 May 2012 (EDT)

Fursuit games are a common event at furry conventions. A variety of team-based and individual competitive games are played while in full or partial costume. Teams are traditionally organized on the basis of species, and token prizes are often awarded.

Normally the games take place indoors. If not, they usually keep to paved surfaces.

Further Confusion calls its games the Critterlympics.

Ren Queenston

Renard Queenston, also known as Renard, Adraen, Azrael, Furries in a Blender (formerly named Emoticon), Jackal Queenston, Kitsune², Klippa, Mayhem and NegaRen (born 1988), is an electronic musician and founder of the record label Trax. He lives in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Originally, Renard Queenston was a male anthropomorphic red, black, and white foxcoon with shoulder-length hair. This version's markings were similar to that of a raccoon's, while he bore a physical build much like a fox's. In 2009, he was redesigned, with black hair, dreadlocks and a nurse outfit. Later on, it was decided that Renard is a genderless being, as Renard felt it better represents what he does creatively.

Renard's main character does not typically convey any direct Nazi Fur interest, and he has adopted a second character, Jackal Queenston, a punk and/or metal-infused and stylized jackal, for such purposes. Renard and Jackal are viewed as being related as brothers. Renard's design was assisted by Kamicheetah and Jackal's design was assisted by Elizabeth Sewell.

Music
Renard is typically a musician, and produces a variety of electronic music. He also occasionally produces Rock music, however this is also entirely electronically-based. He is the founder and owner of the Canadian record company LapFox Trax (previously VULPvibe), where he publishes his own work under a number of different aliases.

Music production tools
*Producing / Mastering: MODPlug Tracker (producing, mastering, pretty much everything), FLStudio (Vocoding), ACID Pro 6.0 (Mastering), Goldwave (Mastering)
*VSTi: AskaAyum, BassLine, Cheeze Machine, GalactiX, Kontakt, Legacy, MiniMogue, NEOkILLER-II, Nexus, PlastiCZ, Pro-53, Pterosaur, Purity, Silkworm, Supersaw, Synth1, The Shepherd, TickyClav, Vanguard, Wavestation

Interests and projects
Video
Renard is primarily a rhythm game player, which includes dancing and music simulation games such as ThirdStyle, FlashFlashRevolution, Dance Dance Revolution, Pump It Up, Pop'n Music, and BeatMania IIDX.

Renard also enjoys arcade fighting games such as the Vampire Savior 2 and Guilty Gear Accent Core, shooter games such as Gradius V and Metal Slug 3, and side-scrollers including Mega Man 4, and Metroid. Renard is an avid fan of Sinistar and Splatterhouse.

Hobbies and other projects
Along with being an avid musician and music collector, Renard is also a game and graphic designer. He is the driving force behind the MungYoDance series of freeware PC games, which is similar in nature to DDR. He is also a fan of a number of comic books and, as previously mentioned, video games. He enjoys a number of films, but especially Freddy's Dead, Evil Dead 2, Bride of Re-Animator, and We Are the Strange.

LapFox Trax (formerly VULPvibe Records) is an independent electronic record label run by Dave Remmler, a.k.a Renard Queenston, a Canadian composer and graphic designer.

Renard has gained notoriety for his popular freeware dance game, Mungyodance, which has two sequels completed. His musical style ranges from chiptunes to electronic, happy hardcore to speedcore, and many other similar genres. He has released many records via his own online store and CafePress.

Renard produces music under many different aliases, with each alias producing its own style and music genre. Here are a few of the most popular aliases :

Renard: An androgynous foxcoon with tentacle-like dreads, portrayed as a nurse. Renard is sometimes nicknamed the "Voodoo Nurse". The genre of music that is most familiarized with Renard is Breakcore/Raggacore.

NegaRen: A negative-colored version of Renard that portrays a mischievous, yet fun-loving Halloween theme.

Klippa: A large orange gangster-styled scaly reptilian with red eyes. Produces dubstep.

Jackal Queenston: A war-loving jackal usually seen wearing fascist war outfits. Produces Drum and Bass.

Mayhem: A keytar-playing shark with a punk style. Has produced a multitude of music, usually with a danceable, techno beat.

Furries in a Blender (AKA Emoticon): Portrayed as a purple cat-like furry usually wearing rainbow rave-style clothing. Produces happy-sounding hardcore techno music.

Kitsune2: A video-game loving rat often making chiptune styled music, or remixes of videogame tracks.

The Quick Brown Fox: A multi-coloured, piñata-themed fox. Produces Speedcore.

Truxton: A green, black, and white hellhound. Agender. Produces mashup music, using multiple samples for songs.

Most of the LapFox graphical content, like album artwork and web graphics, are illustrated by SqueedgeMonster, Renard's partner in crime. Squeedge and Renard are behind the master graphics of PSURG Design, their graphics team. PSURG is represented by Mayhem and Mischief, two awesomely equipped female sharks. PSURG is on RedBubble and creates superb T-Shirt designs.
