Burlington

2022-02-24T16:41:27Z

Ervo:

Burlington (born October 1, 1996) is a furry from north Mississippi who has been part of the furry fandom since 2009. They have attended conventions Texas Furry Fiesta, Biggest Little Fur Con, Furry Weekend Atlanta, AnthroCon, DenFur, Memphit Fur Meet, Anthro SouthEast, and Midwest FurFest.

Burlington's activities in the fandom include fursuiting and hosting meets in their home state. Outside of the fandom, they are a fan of Mechanical Keyboards and riding on their Onewheel.

In June 2020, Burlington founded Mississippi Furs, which was initially an offshoot of Mississippi Anthropomorphics, due to a schism between the members of Mississippi Anthropomorphics. Over time, many of the people migrated from Mississippi Anthropomorphics to Mississippi Furs, which is now considered the de facto furry group for the state of Mississippi.

Stellarity

2022-02-24T16:36:54Z

Ervo:

Stellarity, also known as Stella or Avoyt (born June 9, 1995), is a male animator, programmer and artist. He works as a motion graphics animator for broadcast television, but he enjoys drawing, animating, and designing video games on his own time.

Fandom Involvement
Stella dedicates a lot of his free time to the fandom, mostly by attending furry conventions and meetups, commissioning and supporting artists, as well as participating in the general online community.

Fursonas
* Stellarity - Stella is mostly known as his primary self-named fursona, Stellarity, who is a Poochyena from the Pokémon series. She is grey, but the fur on her face, paws, and belly is black and appears shorter. Her tail, back, and neck are very fluffy, and the longer fur on her legs stop just short of her paws. Stellarity has two large tusks on her bottom jaw that juts from each side of her mouth. Her eyes are yellow and often portrayed with eyelashes; this and her smooth, rounded features make her appear feminine. Unlike the original Pokémon, Stellarity's techniques revolve around both the Dark type and the Electric-type. The character stands fifteen inches (38 cm) to the shoulder and weighs 24.7 pounds (11.2 kg).

:Stellarity was created between April and May of 2018 as Stella's Pokésona, intended to be his second fursona, next to his self-named wolf fursona. However, Stella has since almost exclusively used Stellarity as his fursona, commissioning considerably more art of her than of his previous wolf fursona.

:Stellarity is occasionally recognized within the vore community. This is due in part to Stella's frequent involvement within the community and in part to a large amount of vore-related art he has commissioned and created including this character. Most of this art also involves an Arcanine character, usually holding Stellarity inside of its mouth.

* Avoyt - Stella's other fursona is a grey and white wolf with long, thin oryx horns protruding from his forehead. His eyes are orange, as is the triangular marking beneath his left eye. The wolf is often seen wearing a plaid brown scarf, based on a scarf Stella has in-person, and occasionally a blue and brown canvas bag that fit his body. He stands about two feet (62 cm) to the shoulder and weighs 108 pounds (49kg).

:Stella made his wolf fursona before Stellarity, though it is unknown exactly when.

Characters
In addition to his fursonas, Stella has also designed several characters for use in his personal stories or imaginary worlds. Of these include a marble fox named Talia, a red fox named Naomi, and a wolf named Villo.

Fursuiting
At conventions and meetups, Stella wears a partial fursuit of a colorful border collie named Pastel. He purchased the fursuit as a premade from its maker, ShortStack at Furry Weekend Atlanta 2018; Stella has since commissioned additional parts not initially included.

Convention attendance
* Anthro New England - 2019
* Anthrocon - 2018, 2019
* Furpocalypse - 2018
* Furry Weekend Atlanta - 2018, 2019
* Furrydelphia - 2018
* Midwest FurFest - 2017, 2018

Plush collecting
Stella is a dedicated fan of the Pokémon franchise and an avid collector of plush toys. Stella has accumulated over 200 plushies through his life. Over 90% of his collection consists of canid plush toys: wolves, foxes, and dogs. They range in size from several inches to several feet, with his largest plush, a light grey husky, measuring at almost ten feet long from nose to tail.

Art and media
Stella is a professionally trained animator and programmer who enjoys developing indie video games. Since November of 2018, Stella has worked mostly in a "virtual fantasy video game console" called PICO-8, creating 8-bit style games and animations.

Additionally, Stella enjoys animating on his own, both in 2D and 3D. He usually chooses animal subjects to animate. His sketching style is relatively amateur, with his fur appearing somewhat spiky. Stella's animations are usually fast-paced and graphical. Ears on animal characters flop a lot when in motion.

Yaro is the head wizard and lead programmer of Whispers of the Galaxy. He is also a programmer on Hidden Nirvana MUCK and The Pridelands Chronicles.

Gaming
Yaro is a member of many games, past and present, including Meadows MUCK, The Pridelands Chronicles, Hidden Nirvana MUCK, and Chimaera. He used to play on Endless Round, Kings and Vagabonds, and Devil's Orchard, and made an attempt at launching his own game before Whispers, called 0-Singularity.

Causeway Products Group
Yaro is the President and CEO of his unofficial company, Causeway Products Group, a company which emphasizes open-source solutions. Its four divisions are Causeway Software (open-source software that is not entertainment in nature), Ameoba Entertainment (open-source entertainment software and other sources of entertainment), Caldwell Technologies (custom-built computers), and Heartbeat Communications (Internet-hosting for web sites and MU*s). Most of the divisions have not begun to operate, as there are few true employees.

Yaro is the creator of a few original universes and ideas of stories. Whispers of the Galaxy, a far future in which humanity has fled the galaxy and the galaxy is colonized by anthropomorphs attempting to rebuild from a war of survival. Project: Prodigy, another future, more closely set to our time, wherein Earth has unified after launching space colonies following overpopulation, turning into a civil war and a secretive joint project to construct a superhuman. And finally, the Chronicles of Otai, a post-apocalyptic Earth wherein the world has retreated underground in the face of their creations, the Caton race, regular humans enhanced by animals for military purposes.

All these themes feature a future wherein humans devise their own method of destruction in a genetically constructed being or beings, with varying degrees of extinction.

Yaro is an enthusiast programmer, writer, and roleplayer hailing from Nebraska.

Yaro, as a character, is a meerkat.

Ink has been a part of the furry community since running a "Funny Animal"-themed BBS which later became a FurNet node in 1990. The BBS did not have a consistent name, as even first-time users were allowed to rename the BBS at login time. The name Llama Kingdom returned often, with some users attached to the name. The BBS happened to be Pentarou! Enterprises at the time of its FurNet listing, and can be found in the nodelist on the FurNet article.

In the early 2000s, Ink ran a LiveJournal community called Drawink in order to foster furry artist development. There were biweekly cycles, where a theme was announced, artists contributed entries, made critiques and revisions, and ultimately a vote was held. Participants voted on technique, results, and peer improvement. There were regular prizes for the winners in each category. Some prizes were related to the contest theme, and about thirty starter-level Wacom tablets were given out.

While working as a game developer, Ink put furry-themed easter eggs in several titles. In Tempest X3 for Playstation, entering "YIFF!" as the top score enabled a hidden retro game mode and, in the credits, replaced his real name with his furry name. Tempest 2000 for Sega Saturn bears a hidden yellow duckling flying about in an Easter basket. Vid Grid for Jaguar CD has a bouncing mouse head if all of the puzzles are completed with specific criteria. Other games have more traditional furry character cameos or hidden text surprises.

As of July, 2012, Ink runs a UNIX hosting service at cost for furs with interesting comic and art projects. Ink also administers several premium content sites, including Jay Naylor's Original Life comic and adult catalog.

Ink works on Second Life<ref name="work-profile">Brian McGroarty's profile on Linked-In.
