Efimous Zhivotnaye: /* History */

The Dubbo in February Furmeet is a furmeet held during February at Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia. The event is based around a visit to the Western Plains Zoo and is organized by Fima. The name of the meet was inspired by MiDFur.

Attendance is theoretically free, with a small gift bag for each attendee; however, some locations, such as the zoo, require an entrance fee.

Efimous Zhivotnaye (usually known as Fima or Possum; born April 4th, 1989) is a furry living in Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia.

Fima has been a furry since 2005, but only discovered the furry community in late 2007. Fima met his first furs in real life at the 2007 MiDFur meet.

Fima dabbles in anthropomorphic art and writes the occasional furry story. He has shown marked improvement in his art since beginning towards the latter half of '07.

Filling his days with arting and his physical therapy studies he still finds copious amounts of time to devote to the furs he talks to regular on msn and to fritter away on his side projects.

Description
Fima stands 6'2" with a large build, usually with long black hair his normal con-meet clothes are jeans, a long striped shirt, fingerless gloves and a collar with a thin scarf tied through it.

Diffur
Fima is the self-proclaimed organiser of "Diffur" (Dubbo In February FURmeet), a proposed 2008 furmeet based around Dubbo's Western Plains Zoo and general furry hijinx. This year's attendance was good considering the amount of furs in NSW. A video night and some lighthearted fun and zoo going made for a good time for all, Next year's date is almost decided and advertising expected later in the year and possibly during other meets.

The dates for Diffur '09 has been set for 20th to the 22nd in February, next year will feature more planned activities and guests like Kraden, Arctic|Pete, Firey and others. Attendance is theoretically free, barbecue and a small gift bag for each attendee, although some locations such as the zoo require an entree fee, and donations to the driver's gas tanks well appreciated. The spare room at Fima's house will be taken up this year so alternate accommodation can be found via the Dubbo tourism information site; http://www.dubbotourism.com.au/bwWebsite/default.asp and additional Info on Diffur can be found here; http://diffur.ausfa.org/

Dubbo has several transport terminals including an Airport, Train station, Bus station, and then there's good old fashion convoys
