SloFluffCon (SFC) is an annual Slovenian furry convention.

Overview
First held in 2023, SFC was organised by the Slovensko kosmatinsko društvo and run entirely by volunteer]]s as a non-profit event, and is intended as an inclusive space for furries of all kinds. The first two editions took place in Celje; since 2026, the convention has been hosted in Slovenia's capital, Ljubljana.

SloFluffCon was born from an idea first floated in 2020 and came to fruition in 2023, when the first event was held at the historic Hotel Evropa, the second-oldest hotel in Slovenia, in the city of Celje. The first edition attracted attendees from around the world.

In relation to other worldwide furry cons and furmeets, SloFluffCon does not host charities, with all proceeds going toward funding the following year's event.

* 2023 - The first edition of SloFluffCon took place August 19–22, 2023, at Hotel Evropa in Celje. The theme was Secret Agents. The event concluded with 96 attendees, including 18 staff members, and planning for the following year began soon afterward.
* 2024 - The second SloFluffCon was held August 24–27, 2024, again at Hotel Evropa in Celje. The venue remained the same as the first year, but attendance increased to 168. The theme was Mystery at the Hotel, with the Guest of Honor being Uncle Kage.

SloFluffCon (or SFC) is an international furry convention in Slovenia.

The convention was born from an idea first floated in 2020 and finally came to fruition in 2023, when the first SloFluffCon was held in the beautiful and historic Hotel Evropa, the second oldest hotel in Slovenia, located in the city of Celje. The first edition of the convention attracted attendees from all over the world, who were excited to experience everything that SFC had to offer.

SFC is designed to be an inclusive and welcoming space for furries of all kinds. Attendees can look forward to a diverse range of panels and events, including Main Stage Dances, Dealers' Den, Snack Exchange, various Fursuit events, and other informative and entertaining panels. The convention staff is dedicated to providing attendees with a memorable and enjoyable experience, and encourages them to host their own events, providing them with almost everything they need.

One of the most exciting features of SFC is the convention's theme, which changes every year. This ensures that returning attendees will always experience something new and unique. SFC is a non-profit event, with all funds going towards making the next convention possible. The convention is run entirely by volunteers who are passionate about the furry community and who purchase tickets just like the attendees.

Anyone can attend SFC with a full convention ticket or a day ticket, making it accessible to furries of all backgrounds and budgets. The convention provides a platform for attendees to connect, make new friends, and share their passion for the furry fandom in a safe and welcoming environment.

Overall, SloFluffCon strives to be an exciting and memorable event that furries will look forward to attending every year. The convention staff is thrilled to welcome furries from all over the world to the beautiful land of Slovenia to experience SloFluffCon.

Awoostria is a furry convention which takes place in Vienna, Austria.

Organization
Awoostria is a non-profit furry event-group made in Austria. Their first steps happened in 2022, when they first met for a bowling night with friends. In 2024, they hosted their first furry convention, Awoostria: Mystery of the Blue Danube.

Overview
The first convention, Awoostria: Mystery of the Blue Danube, was at the Arcotel Wimberger Hotel on July 25-July 28, 2024.

Standards of Conduct

2024-08-01T00:11:36Z

DoggoDot: Added more code of conduct examples

Standards of Conduct (also known as the Code of Conduct, Rules of Conduct, or sometimes simply as the rules) are rules that members have to follow at a convention. Membership at the convention is usually contingent on following those rules.

Most of the rules spell out policies on common things, such as some or all of the following:

* Conduct towards other members (harassment, assault, etc.)
* Weapons policies
* Room parties
* Substance abuse
* Posting of announcements/fliers
* Sales of merchandise
* Use of audio/video footage

Conventions can (and have) asked people who have violated their rules of conduct to not come back in following years (this has not always worked). Each convention has its own process for deciding when to kick a person out.
