Moon Orchid
Distorted Fox
Distorted Fox was founded by Felix on April 10, 2007. Between 2007 and 2009, the project was known by Crimson Angel, Datnoob, Ookami Sentineru, and Akay4ty7. This project's discography includes 4 albums, 27 EPs, 3 compilations, 1 promo and 1 single.

Timeline
Formation (2007 - 2009)
The project was formed mid-2007 under the name Datnoob. Four early EPs were released under this name: Gamma Octavius, Sapphire Island, Stolen In Space and Matrixized. At the beginning of 2008 the project was re-named to Ookami Sentineru, and a further three EPs - Enter the Bogan, Infection and Kombat Portal - were released. Late 2008, the name was changed again to Crimson Angel, and the prior EPs were re-released under this name.

Change to Distorted Fox and When Life Goes Like This (2009)
During March of 2009, the project became Akay4ty7. He would later release the first EP, Big Snowman, to mark a change in sound for the project. In May, the 2nd EP Heart of Glass would follow through with more changes in sound. Late July would see the release of the 2 previous EPs to be re-released, as well as the release of a 3rd EP As Cheesy as a Rock. A 4th EP, New Folder EP, was released in August. A 5th,New Text Document EP, was released a few weeks later in September. During October, Felix would release two more EPs, Silver Mountain and Quicksand Valley, returning to the sound created in Big Snowman. A final EP would be released Galaxy a few days before, alongside with changing the project officially to Distorted Fox, When Life Goes Like This, which would be released on the 16th of November. The album would feature mostly songs, previously released that year, but re-worked.

Reveries and White Fox (2010-2012)
The year 2010 however, unlike the last 3 years, would involve minimal activity. Largely due to involvement with University and Progressive Metal band Moon Orchid. However 2 compilations were released Age of Empires 1 Tribute and Age of Empires 2 Tribute (which are no longer available). A promo was also released, Return To the Past/Ice Caverns, for an upcoming 2nd album Reveries, which had undergone many delays. Following more delays, Felix would release Golden Sands EP in March 2011. A month later, The God Of Fire single was released to help promote Reveries a bit more. That same month, a EP, Xandoa, would be released, which would feature previously unreleased songs before and after 2009. Reveries would finally be released on the 23rd of December, which was delayed for nearly a year.
2012 would also prove a quiet year, as White Fox would be released, that year alongside the White Fox EP which would be later released that year. An announcement of an EP called 'Human Destruction' was announced, but never released.

Holographic Failure and hiatus (2013)
2013 however would prove very different in the terms of releases. As aforementioned projects had been dropped, Felix focused more on Distorted Fox. He would release 1st January EP on the date of the same name. Exactly 10 days later, he would release Landscape EP (which may have originally been 'Human Destruction'. In March he would release the EP Anti-Citizen Reported as a follow-up to his 4th album Holographic Failure. A month later he would release another EP called New Album EP. Felix would then begin to work a new EP dubbed Indie. Felix also re-released When Life Goes Like This via Bandcamp which comes 5 bonus tracks. Unfortunately though he had lost control of his Facebook page and decided to end the project shortly after.

Return from hiatus, Ecclesiastical and Dilapidation(2013-present)
After his short hiatus he decided to restart the project. Felix however has not finished Indie due to mechanical problems and has announced that at least another album will be released sometime in 2014. The EP was finally released on the 10th of January.

During February he announced that there will be two albums, which became known as Dilapidation & Ecclesiastical. Both of these albums were released a day apart in March (15th & 16th respectively). Both albums, are different from each other and once again explore a different area than the previous albums, with Dilapidation, being a Techno-like album, and Ecclesiastical follow a Trip-Hop sound.

During march, two songs were reported 'For copyright infringement' on SoundCloud. However, this was overturned, as the claims were false. However Felix decided against re-uploading the songs, to stop further disputes.

Distorted Fox
Distorted Fox was founded by Felix on April 10, 2007. During 2007 and early 2009, the project was under Crimson Angel, Datnoob, and Ookami Sentineru (changing many times over the two years). From March 2009, the project became Akay4ty7 and eventually becoming Distorted Fox after the release of his debut album When life Goes Like This. He has to date, released 4 albums, 27 EPs, 3 compilations, 1 promo and 1 single.

Timeline
Formation (2007 - 2009)
The project was formed mid-2007 under the name Datnoob (an old gamer name of Felix). He had released four EPs under the Datnoob; Gamma Octavius, Sapphire Island, Stolen In Space and Matrixized. At the beginning of 2008 the changed to Ookami Sentineru, re-releasing the aforementioned EPs (except Gamma Octavius & Sapphire Island), as well as releasing three EPs Enter the Bogan, Infection and Kombat Portal. Late 2008,he would once again change the name, but to Crimson Angel (An old fursona name). Under this new name, he would once again re-release the aforementioned EPs (which would mark a first for Gamma Octavius and Sapphire Island, although Enter the Bogan would not be re-released til early 2009) and would release five new EPs,March of Chernobyl, Lightspeed, Crimson Angel, Black Enforcers and Distortion Fields. Unfortunately during the turnover period to 2009, many of these albums were lost, only album covers and/or a few songs would remain intact, some of these would be re-released once again in 2012 on the Best of the EPs (2007-2011) compilation.

Change to Distorted Fox and When Life Goes Like This (2009)
During March of 2009, Felix would once again change the projects name, which became Akay4ty7. He would later release the first EP, Big Snowman under the new name in April. This EP however would also mark a change in sound and quality as well.

Return from hiatus and upcoming album (2013-present)
After his short hiatus he decided to restart the project. Felix however has not finished Indie due to mechanical problems and has announced that at least another album will be released sometime in 2014.

He largely uses programs such as Fruity Loops to make his music. From time to time he uses acoustics, electric guitars, basses, and drums, largely for other projects such as Moon Orchid and Jack Osmond, the latter, originally known as Uninvited Drunks.

Influences and style
Felix has had a lot of influences over the course of his life. However, he always thanks Bad Religion as his primary influence, no matter the genre. His other influences ranging from Opeth and Trivium to Pendulum and game musicians, mainly those from Rare. He largely bases his music on Experimental Music.

During 2012, Josh left due to unfortunate circumstances between Crimson's now Ex. Joseph would later leave in February of 2013, to move to Melbourne for University. Josh would eventually return to play drums later that year, however the band would eventually be disbanded.

Return from hiatus and upcoming album (2013-present)
After his short hiatus he decided to restart the project. Felix however has not finished Indie due to mechanical problems and has announced that at least another album will be released sometime in 2014.

Felix has had a lot of influences over the course of his life. However, he always thanks Bad Religion as his primary influence, no matter the genre. His other influences ranging from Opeth and Trivium to Pendulum and game musicians, mainly those from Rare. Josh would eventually return to play drums later that year, however the band would eventually be disbanded.

Return from hiatus and upcoming album (2013-present)
After his short hiatus he decided to restart the project. Felix however has not finished Indie due to mechanical problems and has announced that at least another album will be released sometime in 2014.

Due to the little amount of tracks actually by Felix, he sees the album as more of a remix album. He has stated that this is his least favorite album, largely due to the longevity of the tracks and aforementioned covers.

During 2007 and early 2009, the project was under Crimson Angel, Datnoob, and Ookami Sentineru (changing many times over the two years). From March 2009, the project became Akay4ty7. During that period, seven EPs were released. In order, they were Big Snowman, Heart of Glass, As Cheesy as a Rock, New Text Document,
New Folder, Silver Mountain, Quicksand Valley, and Galaxy. When Life Goes Like This was released through TuneCore Distribution.

During 2010, only one compilation was released, as a tribute to Age of Empires 1 and 2. However, it was later taken down. Promos for Reveries were also released, with the tracks Ice Caverns and Return to the Past. This was an uneventful year for the project as Crimson was busy with Moon Orchid.

In 2011, two EPs were released to coincide with the delays of Reveries. Those EPs were Xandoa and Golden Sands. The God of Fire single was also later released (through TuneCore), and, although it did not chart, it did have some radio play during 2011. Reveries was finally released on the December 23, nearly a year overdue. Reveries was also released through TuneCore Distribution, and was the last album to be released through TuneCore.

September 16, 2012, saw the release of White Fox. This was the first album released under the new label Furtek Entertainment, abandoning Distorted Fox Entertainment. However, it was not be the first release under BandCamp, as the compilation Best of the EP's was released first. Two EPs were also released the same year; White Fox EP and Anti-Citizen Reported EP. Distorted Fox left TuneCore in early December, when Crimson requested Reveries be pulled off stores such as iTunes.

Crimson has had a lot of influences of the course of his life. However, he always thanks Bad Religion as his primary influence no matter the genre. He also has a plentiful amount of influences ranging from Opeth & Trivium to Pendulum & game musicians, mainly those from Rare. He largely bases his music off Experimental Music,as he likes to create new sounds all the time, and dislikes everything being the same or following a simply operation.
