The FFF had been the longest running furry cyber-wrestling community in one form or another since 2001, and many former members of the FFF have in turn founded their own cyber-fighting communities (Blossom Club, Clawnation, Furry Wrestling Alliance, Western California Alliance Wrestling, Wild Side Wrestling Federation).

The FFF was created and moderated by Martin "Coelacanth" Evans initially as a Yahoo! group in 2001, but it eventually expanded to include real-time roleplaying on two IRC channels. There were also some secondary FFF franchises, including a second Yahoo! group, and a group on Smartgroups. The FFF was so popular that non-furries would sneak in pretending to be part of the fandom. However, due to constant internal conflicts, the plug was pulled on the FFF in 2006. The FFF was revived in 2007 by popular demand. But due to the lack of activity in 2012, the FFF closed for the last time.

History
What is Cyber-wrestling?
The FFF is a message board/instant messenger based role-playing group with adventures taking place in a fictional alternate reality. It is based on freeform, diceless gaming, meant for intermediate to advanced roleplayers.

The FFF is not an E-Fed. E-Feds are usually run by a few hardcore fans of established real world wrestling federations and what they produce is no more than fan fiction.

Cyber-wrestling is a true sport. The best description of which can be found in the How-to Cyber-fight Instructional Guide (Second Edition) written by Jenny B. Sweet: "Cyber-fighting, in all its many varied forms, differs from real life fighting only in that you and your opponent are battling over a computer and not face to face. Therefore, you must use both your imagination as well as your knowledge of fighting methodology, in addition to maintaining constant attention to the progress of the match, in order to fight realistically and effectively. Whether fighting privately, as is most common, or publicly in a chat room with friends in attendance watching you perform, you must follow some simple rules to make the whole experience more enjoyable for all involved, as well as make the fight itself more realistic."

Martin Evans (aka Coelacanth) is a furry short-story writer. He has also founded several cyber-wrestling feds of both furry and non-furry persuasions, the most well known being the Furry Fight Farm, which is the mother of most living furry cyber-wrestling feds. He also has interests in cryptozoology, horror, environmental and health care issues.
Coelacanth currently lives and works in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Liturgy
Coelacanth has written a handful of shorts, mostly about his best-known character Haggis and the Furry Fight Farm, but his liturgy also includes a few fanfics of the survival-horror novel World War Z. A few shorts even mixed the two topics.
The Mighty Haggis aka The Ewe of Destruction (Real Name Wilma Wilberforce) is the brain-child of Coelacanth. She is a full-figured middle-aged ewe (female sheep) who has a career as a professional wrestler, and many of Coelacanth's stories focus on her misadventures. Her best known gimmick is wrestling topless, because in her early career, unskilled wrestlers would rip off her top to distract her and get in a cheap win. She got her ring name from her fellow wrestling school students and teachers who told her that they were going to make 'haggis' out of her.
Furry Fight Farm (FFF) is a cyber-wrestling community based on real-world wrestling franchises and set in an alternate reality known as Las Vegas. Imagine Omaha the Cat Dancer as an ECW diva or The Lion King meets the WWE and that's pretty much what they're all about. The FFF has been the longest running furry cyber-wrestling community in one form or another since 2001, and many former members of the FFF have in turn founded their own cyber-fighting communities (Blossom Club, Clawnation, Furry Wrestling Alliance, Western California Alliance Wrestling, Wild Side Wrestling Federation).

There were also some secondary FFF franchises, including a second Yahoo! group, and a group on Smartgroups. The FFF was so popular that non-furries would sneak in pretending to be part of the fandom. However, due to constant internal conflicts, the plug was pulled on the FFF in 2006, but the FFF was revived in 2007 by popular demand.

History
The FFF was created and moderated by Martin "Coelacanth" Evans initially as a Yahoo! group in 2001, but it eventually expanded to include real-time roleplaying on two IRC channels. There were also some secondary FFF franchises, including a second Yahoo! group, and a group on Smartgroups. The FFF was so popular that non-furries would sneak in pretending to be part of the fandom. However, due to constant internal conflicts, the plug was pulled on the FFF in 2006, but the FFF was revived in 2007 by popular demand. Several old FFF regulars have returned to participate as well as many cyber-wrestlers from outside the fandom. The management of the FFF vows that many of the mistakes made in the past will not be repeated and the best group management strategies from mainstream cyber-wrestling groups will be employed.

Current Titleholders
As of July 13, 2009:
Barnyard Championship (Intercontinental): The Black Widow

Membership requirements
The FFF is seeking competent roleplayers, no lurkers, spammers, or powergamers. Applicants must have a visible Yahoo profile, a stated age, and some content on their profile (usually contacts will do just fine) that shows they have a genuine interest in cyber-wrestling.

Furry Fight Farm (FFF) is a cyber-wrestling community based on real-world wrestling franchises and set in an alternate reality known as Las Vegas. Imagine Omaha the Cat Dancer as an ECW diva or The Lion King meets the WWE and that's pretty much what they're all about. The FFF has been the longest running furry cyber-wrestling community in one form or another, and many former members of the FFF have in turn founded their own cyber-fighting communities (Blossom Club, Clawnation, Furry Wrestling Alliance, Western California Alliance Wrestling, Wild Side Wrestling Federation).

The All Species Wrestling League (ASWL) is a community for wrestling role-play in a setting modeled on real-world professional wrestling franchises such as the ECW and TNA. It is message board/instant messenger-based, free-form, dice-less gaming, meant for intermediate to advanced role-players, and is home to characters of all kinds including furries, played by imaginative cyber-fighters who enjoy exploring new horizons.

The ASWL promotes fantasy professional-style wrestling matches with a few quality glamour events on the side to spice things up. The goal is to have fun, build friendships, and to advance the sport of cyber-fighting by opening up new frontiers.

ASWL and furry
Although the majority of the membership are "human" cyber-wrestlers, there are also vampires, succubi, superheroines, elves, androids, and various other exotics, including a notable furry contingent. The ASWL also supports furry artists the same way the old Furry Fight Farm Yahoo! group used to do. Members of the ASWL refer to their community as their "tribe".

Distinction from E-Fed
The ASWL is distinct from other forms of E-Fed, or fantasy wrestling roleplay (which can be said to resemble fanfic), because it does not follow the characters and events of established, real-world wrestling federations as closely.

Moreover, ASWL members describe their cyber-wrestling as a true sport. The best description of which can be found by in the How-to Cyber-fight Instructional Guide (Second Edition) written by Jenny B. Sweet:
:"Cyber-fighting, in all its many varied forms, differs from real life fighting only in that you and your opponent are battling over a computer and not face to face.

History
The ASWL is a traveling troupe of Professional wrestlers that travels by road from state to state performing at county fairs and arenas all over North America.

Talent Roster
Martin Evans (aka Coelacanth) is a furry short-story writer. He has also founded several cyber-wrestling feds of both furry and non-furry persuasions, the most well known being the Furry Fight Farm, which is the mother of most living furry cyber-wrestling feds. He also has interests in cryptozoology, horror, and environmental issues.

Coelacanth currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Liturgy
Coelacanth has written a handful of shorts, mostly about his best-known character Haggis and the Furry Fight Farm, but his liturgy also includes a few fanfics of the survival-horror novel World War Z. A few shorts even mixed the two topics.

Haggis
Haggis (aka Wilma Wilberforce) is the brain-child of Coelacanth. She is a full-figured middle-aged ewe (female sheep) who works as a professional wrestler, and many of Coelacanth's stories focus on her misadventures. Her gimmick is wrestling topless because, in her early career, unskilled wrestlers would rip off her top to distract her and get a cheap win. She earned her ring-name from her fellow wrestling school students and teachers because she showed them a lot of guts.
I had problems with some of the fellow moderators and I finally got fed up and left the group year ago. I heard that the new owner(s) couldn't "turn the place around" to their liking and deleted the thing.

The best description of which can be found by in the How-to Cyber-fight Instructional Guide (Second Edition) written by Jenny B.

Several old FFF regulars have returned to participate as well as new friends from the ASWL and GGWA. The management of the FFF vows that many of the mistakes made in the past will not be repeated and the best group management strategies from mainstream cyber-wrestling groups will be employed.

Membership requirements
The FFF is seeking competent roleplayers, not lurkers, spammers, or powergamers. Serious applicants only. We still support artists as we always have, but all art has to be wrestling themed.

The ASWL & the GGWA
Coelacanth went on to found two other cutting edge cyber-wrestling communities, the All Species Wrestling League (ASWL) and the now defunct Glitter Gulch Wrestling Association (GGWA). Both the ASWL and GGWA not only have furry wrestlers, but they also have other exotic character types like vampires, succubi, elves, superheroines, and some pretty weirded-out humans who all cyber-wrestle for titles and glory.
