AnimeCat is a yellow-gold and white, red-haired housecat hailing from Little Rock, Arkansas, though not by choice, she claims. She joined the fandom as a transplant from the anime con circle in 2003 when she attended her first fur con, Mephit Fur Meet, though she's been a fur since young adulthood. Like many furs, she didn't know there were others out there with the same interests.

An artist from the time she was able to hold a pencil, AnimeCat has spent her life perfecting her drawing technique. In 2006, she started Studio Neko-Neko, her art studio, and is occasionally known to take her act on the road to provide conbadges and sketches to the con-going masses.

As well as an artist, AC (as she is sometimes called), is an avid fursuiter, with several costumes in her collection. Cosplay originally caught her interest at her first anime con, and it woke a love of costuming. She builds almost all of her costumes herself, and performs in them with enthusiasm. Just a few in her collection:

*AnimeCat, the fursuit version of her fursona
*Sweettart the pink skunk
*River the fennec (constructed by Latin Vixen)
*Mai-Tai the red panda
*HellCat the demon kitty

Fursonal Life
AC is married to Akela Vincent, a wolf and another Arkansas transplant, who proposed to her at Mephit Furmeet 2007. She shares her home with 2 cats and a hyperactive Corgi. She is self-employed, taking artwork and puppet commissions through her home-based art business, Studio Neko-Neko. AC has been known to dabble in puppetry as well as fursuit building and plush making.

Local-Motion
As self-proclaimed event coordinator for the Central Arkansas Furs Association, AC usually takes charge of the groups activities, planning charity volunteer groups, local parties, and convention trips. Outside of events, she can usually be found in the company of the other CAFA furs.

The Central Arkansas Furs Association, or CAFA, is the collective name for the group of furs located in central Arkansas. Concentrated in mostly the twin cities of North Little Rock and Little Rock, the CAFA group also includes those furs hailing from the outlying communities of Conway, Benton, Bryant, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Cabot and Searcy.

The CAFA furs are a fun-loving bunch, having frequent meetings and get-togethers, and volunteering for local community events. They can spotted around the central Arkansas areas fursuiting for events like the Light the Night Walk to benefit blood-bourne cancers, or CabotFest to raise money for lung cancer awareness.

CAFA Members
The members of CAFA currently are, but are not limited to:

- AnimeCat

- Akela Vincent

- Arin Skunk

- Bucktown Tiger

- Craz E. Coyote

- Cyprus S. Coyote

- Fox Lemonte

- Foxy Dude

- Kobi LaCroix

Honorary CAFA Members
These furs are not local to central Arkansas but visit often enough that they have been assigned honorary group status:

- Alexander Katz

- Colley

- Quasi Skunk

If you happen to be in the area...
Please feel free to stop by and say hello! The CAFA furs are a welcoming, friendly group and welcome any visitors!

Akela Vincent is a black and tan wolf with one floppy ear, who was a transplant from Texas to Arkansas in the late 1990's. He's a member of the CAFA (Central Arkansas Furs Association) furs and mated to AnimeCat, whom he's rarely seen apart from.

Akela is a music-loving wolf, and there's rarely a moment when he doesn't have his iPod on him. Much of the artwork featuring his fursona has some sort of musical element, frequently the aforementioned iPod.

As well as an artist, AC (as she is sometimes called), is an avid fursuiter, with several costumes in her collection. Cosplay originally caught her interest at her first anime con, and it woke a love of costuming in the kitty. She builds almost all of her costumes herself, and performs in them with enthusiasm. Just a few in her collection:

:Sweettart the pink skunk
:Krypto the Superdog
:Mai-Tai the red panda
:HellCat the demon kitty
:Renamon from Digimon Tamers

Autumnfox

AnimeCat:

Autumnfox, often known simply "Autumn", originated in the therian community in 1994, discovering furry about a year later. She considers herself a member of both, but sees each movement as distinctive despite some overlap.

Autumnfox's name changed over the years, but has remained the same since discovering furry. She has gone by the following names: Twilight, Twilight Autumnfox, Wadti. Note that she is not to be confused with Autumn Vixen, a fursuit owned by Rabbit/Zephie.

Autumnfox's phenotype originally was a raccoon but soon became a red fox. Her fursona is also a red fox, appearing with greyed markings upon her forehead and haunches; she is equally adept at walking on two legs or four.

An avid fursuiter, Autumnfox first appeared in a fursuit by the same name at Albany Anthrocon '97. Her fursuit reportoire includes:

* Autumnfox (mark I and II)
* Japolo (white anime ferret, made by AnimeCat)
* Autumnwah (red panda, made by Rose Quoll)
* Summer Vixen (made by Latin Vixen and Scribblefox)

Once a professional wildlife artist, Autumnfox has all but stopped producing traditional art. She is presently working on improving her fursuiting skills, and has done several commissions for tails and paws.

While Autumnfox has not mucked in years, and is only rarely to be found on IRC, she is active on various instant messengers and LiveJournal, and can sometimes be found on Second Life.

While orginally from Maine, U.S.A., Autumnfox presently resides in New Hampshire.
