APDamien: ARE YOU SURE?

Given that the original edits appear to have originated from an IP in Sweden, I have serious doubts about the intentions of the author. From what I know of the (very NSFW, by the way) comic, it appears that the author is ascribing the behaviors of the characters in Richard's comic to him and his family. Has anybody heard ''anything'' from Katellis in the last two years? The last post to KitnKayBoodle is December 2016. His last LiveJournal entry is 2008. His last VCL entry is 2005. Some things that don't get good results early in the game will get a better result once you've raised your stats enough. For example, if you visit Cream in her room and ask her to take off her dress, she will refuse at first. But once you've gotten her to take off her dress, she will do that. You get new options when she is in her panties, and yet others when you get her naked.

Most activities can be done multiple times in a day, but in some cases you will only get "credit" (increased stats) the first time you do them. So plan ahead: figure out what you want to get and do the things that will lead to that. Older versions allowed each activity to be done only once per day, so the strategy has shifted significantly.

=== General ===
Feed Cream whenever you can! It raises RWC and (for Pizza) Happiness. Also, if she gets hungry while you're watching a movie, you will lose the options at the end.

Never miss out an opportunity to touch or tickle Cream. Raising your Touch stat enables new options. But be careful of boundaries -- overdo it and your alignment will sink.

It is possible to get sexual things with a positive alignment or a negative one, but the paths you must take are different. Don't let your alignment get ''too'' low (somewhere around -7), or some activities will be refused or have no effect.

===Building your stats===
In the first few days, most of the useful actions occur in the Living Room, the Backyard, at the Mall and in the Park (plus, of course, the Kitchen whenever Cream is hungry). You can watch cartoons and then a movie (and get a chance to raise Exposure, Lust, Jerk Off, and/or Peep). Play a videogame and you can tickle her (and raise Touch). Go swimming and play Marco Polo or "Who can make the biggest splash" -- each of these gives you an opportunity to raise your stats. During this part of the game, it probably makes sense to be profligate with your energy. Once you have done the limited set of things that will raise your stats for the day, use up the rest of your energy doing random things that will raise RWC -- play dolls with Cream, or try all the different things at the mall, etc.

Toward the middle of the week, when you've gotten your stats high enough, you will get new opportunities. For example, you may see Cream peeking in at you when you're showering. This gives you a chance to Jerk Off while she's watching, or to invite her to shower with you. When playing a game, sometimes it's best to lose the game, sometimes to win. During this phase, you need to be somewhat thrifty with your energy until you've gotten as much as you can, then go ahead and use it up as during the first few days.

===Cashing in===
Once you have Touch high enough, you can get Cream to take off her dress. At even higher stats, you can get her to take off her panties. When that happens, you can do more things. The higher your stats, the more things will be successful. But not everything is going to work -- the game is still incomplete. Once you've reached this point, it's useful to summon Cream to her own room, or to Vanilla's room, where you can get her naked and (maybe) "do things" to her.

During this phase, you need to hoard your energy carefully. There are only so many things that you can do (or try to do) before you run out of energy for the day. Play the game through a few times to see what works, then get those things done first. Once you've accomplished as much as you can with the day, ''then'' go ahead and spend energy to raise RWC and other stats still farther.

==Problems==
The game is incomplete, so there are some actions/options that don't do anything.

Examples:
*When doing the "Lets see who can make the biggest splash" activity in the pool, Cream's top will come off, but if you choose to give it back to her directly, it won't let you do anything further on.

There are also some actions that "do something" -- they change your stats in some way -- but give no description, nor any indication of what happened, aside from a decrease in your energy. This can be particularly annoying toward the end of the week, when you have built your stats up enough that some of the sex options "should" work. But in a few cases, clicking the option gives no error, no indication that you have succeeded, and if you go back and examine Sonic's Journal, you will find that you didn't get credit for that sex act.

The game could probably be improved with a few simple messages, .e.g., "You play tag for a while, then Cream gets tired and wants to rest." (with a note: RWC +5). Another possible improvement would be to display the Journal at all times, so you can immediately check the result of your last action. Or, as in some games, have an on/off option to display the stats in a translucent overlay at the top of the screen.

:Let's see... Why do I create stub articles? A variety of reasons, I guess. Being a scientist, recording and cataloguing things goes with the territory. Also, I think the fandom as a whole is ''worth'' recording. And not just all the well-known artists, fursuiters, convention organisers, etc. I think more everyday furries should be included, too, so that WikiFur records a more complete cross-section of the fandom. As to why I create stubs on the AU furries, that's because I'm an Ozfurry myself (though I don't get to be there that often anymore.)
:As to where I gather the names... all sorts of places. LiveJournal, Fur Affinity (with its [http://www.furaffinity.net/user/ozfurs ready-made list of Ozfurs]), Twitter (yes, WikiFur knows [https://twitter.com/KaiAdin/status/250185725281193984 when you're talking about us]), the Fursuit Database, WikiFur itself (lots of red links to google)... pretty much anywhere furries gather online.

:Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The thumbnail was deleted because the software listed it as unused and another editor thought it was superfluous. I have noted its use on the file page. The thumbnails are used because indexed PNG thumbs are much more efficient than the full-colour ones made by default. I did a bit more digging and found that I can force a manual link as well as a thumb, so that should work nicely now.

:As for the earlier version image, I replaced it with what I consider to be the "title" screen, which is equivalent to an earlier version of the image. The warning screen might be included too, as a separate image but it seems a little superfluous - maybe just a mention in the text, if anything? After a few years of it being there, I suddenly found a user "Spirou" putting my Monoceros page up for deletion. When I undid his edit and asked why, he deleted it in its entirety and replaced it with a 'redirect'.

Just curious why I was singled out. Or are all http://en.wikifur.com/wiki/Category:Fictional_species pages due to to be similarly deleted/redirected if any single WikiFur editor decides that a 'custom species' isn't to his or her liking? If you're nuking all of them, then no worries, I understand. But if it's just this page, I'd really like to know why.

There are multiple monoceri played online, and yes, I've referred others (esp. on SpheresMU*) to that page for reference. Just because no others of them are WikiFur members with their own page yet doesn't mean that the fictional species entry for monoceri should be deleted. Well, I talked to him. Nothing was really accomplished, however. He accused me of attacking him when I was merely asking why he wanted the section removed, which he didn't give a clear answer to. He said he didn't want people googling his name to find out about FA, so I suggested not indexing it, which you've apparently done. However, he then said it was pointless to have the article at all if Google can't find it, to which the only solution is personal exclusion, but he didn't want that either. Then he ''did'' want it. He seemed to have changed his mind again by the ''end'' of the discussion, and said the information was inaccurate. I advised him to correct it, then threatened to blank it immediately after. All the while making passive aggressive insults and threatening to tattle on me to you for "bringing drama" and telling me I'm lucky he didn't have me banned, despite having done nothing wronf. In fact, I was more polite than usual. Also, you apparently "told him about me" but I don't know what you said. All in all, it only managed to shave a few years off my lifespan, because I still don't know what he wants or what happened. Hey Green, We've all been through this before. dan skunk is reversing edits on the page, after I removed the "see other/danskunk" and he placed it back. With me removing again. As a director of the convention and concom, speaking with others on said places. We do not wish his wikifur linked from our page article. He has mention in the article and that is enough, he has and still continues to cause problems for us, including many threatening e-mails sent to myself and other directors of the convention in the last few months. We would appreciate if he was blocked from editing our page, or our page was locked from edits, except from anyone of the directors. Scani, Myself, Blindsight, Pakesh or Arctic. At the least I'd like dan skunk to be prevented from editing our page. We don't need more issues then we already have with him and his problems.

Generally, I feel it is not appropriate policy for pages to be locked down to a whitelist of official authors who can contribute. I help run a convention, so I have a similar perspective about public perceptions and controlling impressions. We do this through our convention website, and I think that's the appropriate place for controlled messages and positive promotional text. Our event, like yours, has had a turbulent past that got us to where we are today, and while history isn't always positive or engendering of those presently organizing an event, convention, website, etc., it's an important part of the history of the event, but also, often for the regional fandom at large. If items are added which are true facts, written in a NPOV, and are referenced according to standard, even if they cast an event in a contentious or less than positive light, they're part of a total perspective an encyclopedic article deserves. I noticed the tremendous amount of edits/reverts/reedits/talk page notes that have been going on about your event, and I can't find evidence that Dan is "trolling" in any usual sense, though I certainly understand how you might wish him to not publish his edits as associated with your event. However, I think to be true to it's intended form, that's a concession we have to allow to keep Wikifur credible and in a long-term sense, truly useful. I don't believe anyone should be granted a privileged status as to what an article should say because they are elected or appointed to organize the subject matter being discussed. At the very least, I would recommend that if Dan puts up something you find untruthful, the references be questioned and researched by uninvolved parties, and consensus is reached before edits/reverts are made. Until that happens, even if you were exclusive granted access to maintain the article, it would no longer be credible, it would simply be promotional without community consensus and involvement. On WikiFur, we use words, and it works well enough, I think.

It is possible to get sexual things with a positive alignment or a negative one, but the paths you must take are different. Don't let your alignment get ''too'' low (somewhere around -7), or some activities will be refused or have no effect.

===Building your stats===
In the first few days, most of the useful actions occur in the Living Room, the Backyard, at the Mall and in the Park (plus, of course, the Kitchen whenever Cream is hungry). You can watch cartoons and then a movie (and get a chance to raise Exposure, Lust, Jerk Off, and/or Peep). Play a videogame and you can tickle her (and raise Touch). Go swimming and play Marco Polo or "Who can make the biggest splash" -- each of these gives you an opportunity to raise your stats. During this part of the game, it probably makes sense to be profligate with your energy. Once you have done the limited set of things that will raise your stats for the day, use up the rest of your energy doing random things that will raise RWC -- play dolls with Cream, or try all the different things at the mall, etc.

Toward the middle of the week, when you've gotten your stats high enough, you will get new opportunities. For example, you may see Cream peeking in at you when you're showering. This gives you a chance to Jerk Off while she's watching, or to invite her to shower with you. When playing a game, sometimes it's best to lose the game, sometimes to win. During this phase, you need to be somewhat thrifty with your energy until you've gotten as much as you can, then go ahead and use it up as during the first few days.

===Cashing in===
Once you have Touch high enough, you can get Cream to take off her dress. At even higher stats, you can get her to take off her panties. When that happens, you can do more things. The higher your stats, the more things will be successful. But not everything is going to work -- the game is still incomplete. Once you've reached this point, it's useful to summon Cream to her own room, or to Vanilla's room, where you can get her naked and (maybe) "do things" to her.

During this phase, you need to hoard your energy carefully. There are only so many things that you can do (or try to do) before you run out of energy for the day. Play the game through a few times to see what works, then get those things done first. Once you've accomplished as much as you can with the day, ''then'' go ahead and spend energy to raise RWC and other stats still farther.

==Problems==
The game is incomplete, so there are some actions/options that don't do anything.

Examples:
*When doing the "Lets see who can make the biggest splash" activity in the pool, Cream's top will come off, but if you choose to give it back to her directly, it won't let you do anything further on.

There are also some actions that "do something" -- they change your stats in some way -- but give no description, nor any indication of what happened, aside from a decrease in your energy. This can be particularly annoying toward the end of the week, when you have built your stats up enough that some of the sex options "should" work. But in a few cases, clicking the option gives no error, no indication that you have succeeded, and if you go back and examine Sonic's Journal, you will find that you didn't get credit for that sex act.

The game could probably be improved with a few simple messages, .e.g., "You play tag for a while, then Cream gets tired and wants to rest." (with a note: RWC +5). Another possible improvement would be to display the Journal at all times, so you can immediately check the result of your last action. Or, as in some games, have an on/off option to display the stats in a translucent overlay at the top of the screen.

Most activities can be done multiple times in a day, but in some cases you will only get "credit" (increased stats) the first time you do them. So plan ahead: figure out what you want to get and do the things that will lead to that. Older versions allowed each activity to be done only once per day, so the strategy has shifted significantly.

=== General ===
Feed Cream whenever you can! It raises RWC and (for Pizza) Happiness. Also, if she gets hungry while you're watching a movie, you will lose the options at the end.

Never miss out an opportunity to touch or tickle Cream. Raising your Touch stat enables new options. But be careful of boundaries -- overdo it and your alignment will sink.

It is possible to get sexual things with a positive alignment or a negative one, but the paths you must take are different. Don't let your alignment get ''too'' low (somewhere around -7), or some activities will be refused or have no effect.

===Building your stats===
In the first few days, most of the useful actions occur in the Living Room, the Backyard, at the Mall and in the Park (plus, of course, the Kitchen whenever Cream is hungry). You can watch cartoons and then a movie (and get a chance to raise Exposure, Lust, Jerk Off, and/or Peep). Play a videogame and you can tickle her (and raise Touch). Go swimming and play Marco Polo or "Who can make the biggest splash" -- each of these gives you an opportunity to raise your stats. During this part of the game, it probably makes sense to be profligate with your energy. Once you have done the limited set of things that will raise your stats for the day, use up the rest of your energy doing random things that will raise RWC -- play dolls with Cream, or try all the different things at the mall, etc.

Toward the middle of the week, when you've gotten your stats high enough, you will get new opportunities. For example, you may see Cream peeking in at you when you're showering. This gives you a chance to Jerk Off while she's watching, or to invite her to shower with you. When playing a game, sometimes it's best to lose the game, sometimes to win. During this phase, you need to be somewhat thrifty with your energy until you've gotten as much as you can, then go ahead and use it up as during the first few days.

===Cashing in===
Once you have Touch high enough, you can get Cream to take off her dress. At even higher stats, you can get her to take off her panties. When that happens, you can do more things. The higher your stats, the more things will be successful. But not everything is going to work -- the game is still incomplete. Once you've reached this point, it's useful to summon Cream to her own room, or to Vanilla's room, where you can get her naked and (maybe) "do things" to her.

During this phase, you need to hoard your energy carefully. There are only so many things that you can do (or try to do) before you run out of energy for the day. Play the game through a few times to see what works, then get those things done first. Once you've accomplished as much as you can with the day, ''then'' go ahead and spend energy to raise RWC and other stats still farther.

==Problems==
The game is incomplete, so there are some actions/options that don't do anything.

Examples:
*When doing the "Lets see who can make the biggest splash" activity in the pool, Cream's top will come off, but if you choose to give it back to her directly, it won't let you do anything further on.

There are also some actions that "do something" -- they change your stats in some way -- but give no description, nor any indication of what happened, aside from a decrease in your energy. This can be particularly annoying toward the end of the week, when you have built your stats up enough that some of the sex options "should" work. But in a few cases, clicking the option gives no error, no indication that you have succeeded, and if you go back and examine Sonic's Journal, you will find that you didn't get credit for that sex act.

The game could probably be improved with a few simple messages, .e.g., "You play tag for a while, then Cream gets tired and wants to rest." (with a note: RWC +5). Another possible improvement would be to display the Journal at all times, so you can immediately check the result of your last action. Or, as in some games, have an on/off option to display the stats in a translucent overlay at the top of the screen.

Well, I talked to him. Nothing was really accomplished, however. He accused me of attacking him when I was merely asking why he wanted the section removed, which he didn't give a clear answer to. Hey Green, We've all been through this before. dan skunk is reversing edits on the page, after I removed the "see other/danskunk" and he placed it back. With me removing again. As a director of the convention and concom, speaking with others on said places. We do not wish his wikifur linked from our page article. He has mention in the article and that is enough, he has and still continues to cause problems for us, including many threatening e-mails sent to myself and other directors of the convention in the last few months. We would appreciate if he was blocked from editing our page, or our page was locked from edits, except from anyone of the directors. Scani, Myself, Blindsight, Pakesh or Arctic. At the least I'd like dan skunk to be prevented from editing our page. We don't need more issues then we already have with him and his problems.

:Perhaps it's poor form for me to interject on user talk pages, but I noticed this change had felt compelled to jump in because you're asking for administrative lockdowns on this article. Generally, I feel it is not appropriate policy for pages to be locked down to a whitelist of official authors who can contribute. I help run a convention, so I have a similar perspective about public perceptions and controlling impressions. We do this through our convention website, and I think that's the appropriate place for controlled messages and positive promotional text. Our event, like yours, has had a turbulent past that got us to where we are today, and while history isn't always positive or engendering of those presently organizing an event, convention, website, etc., it's an important part of the history of the event, but also, often for the regional fandom at large. If items are added which are true facts, written in a NPOV, and are referenced according to standard, even if they cast an event in a contentious or less than positive light, they're part of a total perspective an encyclopedic article deserves. I noticed the tremendous amount of edits/reverts/reedits/talk page notes that have been going on about your event, and I can't find evidence that Dan is "trolling" in any usual sense, though I certainly understand how you might wish him to not publish his edits as associated with your event. However, I think to be true to it's intended form, that's a concession we have to allow to keep Wikifur credible and in a long-term sense, truly useful. I don't believe anyone should be granted a privileged status as to what an article should say because they are elected or appointed to organize the subject matter being discussed. At the very least, I would recommend that if Dan puts up something you find untruthful, the references be questioned and researched by uninvolved parties, and consensus is reached before edits/reverts are made. Until that happens, even if you were exclusive granted access to maintain the article, it would no longer be credible, it would simply be promotional without community consensus and involvement. As of Monday, the 12th of September 2011, my charges have been unconditionally withdrawn by the Crown and Court of Ontario, Canada. On that note, I would like to request my personal information be removed from my article page without threat of moderators such as AshleyAshes re-adding such information. In addition, I would like the note of any mention of the charge be removed, as it now poses as a threat to my future in both personal and professional stances. If you require any written proof, I am in the process of gathering the documentation from the courts and my lawyer notating that the matter has been resolved outright.

In addition, I would like to file a complaint against your moderator AshleyAshes, for personally bringing it upon himself to see that my reputation be tarnished, even after the criminal charge has been dropped. He played the entire matter as though I was guilty from the instant I was picked up, and appears to believe it is still the case though my charge has been dropped. I would like to politely speak with you in private on this matter further, so that these issues may be resolved as cleanly and respectfully as possible. Another possible improvement would be to display the Journal at all times, so you can immediately check the result of your last action. Some things that don't get good results early in the game will get a better result once you've raised your stats enough. For example, if you visit Cream in her room and ask her to take off her dress, she will refuse at first. But once you've gotten her to take off her dress, she will do that. You get new options when she is in her panties, and yet others when you get her naked.

Each activity can be done only once a day, so plan ahead: figure out what you want to get and do the things that will lead to that. In the new version, there is unlimited energy so all activities can be done in one day.

Feed Cream whenever you can! It raises RWC and (for Pizza) Happiness. Also, if she gets hungry while you're watching a movie, you will lose the options at the end.

Never miss out an opportunity to touch or tickle Cream. Raising your Touch stat enables new options. But be careful of boundaries -- overdo it and your alignment will sink.

It is possible to get sexual things with a positive alignment or a negative one, but the paths you must take are different. Don't let your alignment get ''too'' low (somewhere around -7), or some activities will be refused or have no effect.

You can watch cartoons and then a movie (and get a chance to raise Exposure, Lust, Jerk Off, and/or Peep). Play a videogame and you can tickle her (and raise Touch). Go swimming and play Marco Polo or "Who can make the biggest splash" -- each of these gives you an opportunity to raise your stats. During this part of the game, it probably makes sense to be profligate with your energy. Once you have done the limited set of things that will raise your stats for the day, use up the rest of your energy doing random things that will raise RWC -- play dolls with Cream, or try all the different things at the mall, etc.

Toward the middle of the week, when you've gotten your stats high enough, you will get new opportunities. For example, you may see Cream peeking in at you when you're showering. This gives you a chance to Jerk Off while she's watching, or to invite her to shower with you. When playing a game, sometimes it's best to lose the game, sometimes to win. During this phase, you need to be somewhat thrifty with your energy until you've gotten as much as you can, then go ahead and use it up as during the first few days.

===Cashing in===
Once you have Touch high enough, you can get Cream to take off her dress. At even higher stats, you can get her to take off her panties. When that happens, you can do more things. The higher your stats, the more things will be successful. But not everything is going to work -- the game is still incomplete.
