Contact details for the organisers and committee are available up to date on this webspace and we suggest if you are thinking of attending you do go look there.<br /> <br /> Bristolfurs meets often take place on Saturday or Sunday and have furries turn up at the Templemeads Train Station, Bristol and then most of the attendees walk to a nearby cafe (often Starbucks - which has free Wifi). After the coffee slurps the main event of the meet is undertaken. In the past events have included Bowling at &quot;The Lanes&quot;, Ice Skating, Trip to the Zoo (with fursuits), Movies at nearby cinemas, Boat rides to secret locations and often involves games in the local parks. After meets various pubs are gone to which include The Knights Templar which is very close to the Train Station for those who have to dash off. <br /> <br /> The meets are generally open to all to attend provided they have checked out the rules first and no underage drinking or other non permitted activities will be allowed for the safety of the continued running of the events. <br /> <br /> I think there is a general understanding that the bristolfurs meets are ranked highest in terms of numbers of attendees in the Southwest and Bristol is a very fur friendly city, so well worth checking out if you havent been to a Southwest furmeet before.
