He moved to Dortmund, Germany in 2006. Dhary first discovered furry when he was in secondary modern school in 1998, when he joined a gaming-clan in a cyber cafe in his hometown. Despite this, he did not start actively associating with furs until two years afterwards.

Initially starting out on the #wolfsrudel channel on Furnet (the former yiffnet) IRC, he is now active in the German furry community as well as the musclefur community, and goes to a few conventions regularly.

Dhary is currently a firefighter and paramedic. To supplement his income, he also moonlights as a bouncer.

The name
Originally just called "Dhary" (a nickname he adopted to honour a "real" tiger), the name "Montecore" was added to honour the father of that tiger. Being a shooter for many years, Dhary switched to sniper-rifles in 2004 and earned the nickname "shadow" from his comrades. At this time his slogan "Your shadow in the night" was born.

Interests
Outside the fandom, Dhary has four main hobbies - Audio-systems/sound, industry and ruin-photography, bodybuilding and sportive shooting. Other hobbies are hunting for spectres, IT, 3D modelling and, of course, his firefighting career. The latter absorbs the rest of his time and brings a constant need for education.

Conventions and meets
* Eurofurence - since 2006
* Zuberzelten - since 2005
* MemphitMiniCon - since 2007

Dhary can be found on furnet's IRC channel #pantherchat
