ScotiaCon is a proposed furry convention, which is planned to be the first such convention held in Scotland. It is planned to be held in Inverness in Easter 2010.<br />
<br />
Currently, there are five members of staff: ThrashWolf (Chairman), Ixis (Vice Chair), Kanibal (Technical Support), Zenon (Treasurer) and TigerFire (Head of Security). The official website will be made available by Easter 2009.<br />
<br />
The first convention is to have a Jacobian theme, with English fur against Scottish furs. Amongst those who may attend the convention include Fatkraken, Crome the dragon and 2, The Ranting Gryphon. It is not known if the convention will be supporting a charity.<ref name="Furtean">Scotland to get its first furry convention by The Chained Wolf for FurteanTimes.com.
