Leopard Radio — A Spotty Sound is a Russian furry radio that was founded by LIVSI on July 30, 2009. LIVSI based the radio's track list on his own music preferences. At first, the radio was only for his friends in the furry community.

Programming
During daytime, the ratio plays 1980s — 2012s rock music, but at 22.00 (Moscow time) the music style changes to relaxing music and nature sounds. The radio station has a huge archive of music, including several rare or forgotten tracks.

On January 30, 2010, Leopard Radio opened two new programs: trance, techno, house music program, and furry audio books. The audio books program is temporarily closed for revision and updating.

Since 2010, «Leopard Radio — A Spotty Sound» and «Foxel’s home radio» are broadcasting from a jointly-built repeater.

On March 26, 2011, "Leopard Radio" created one more program called "Furdance", an attempt to create music program including works of furry DJs only.
