Rape?
Mandatory disclaimer: I haven't followed the drama around Zaush. However, I recently reverted an edit claiming Zaush had unprotected sex with a fellow furry. The contribtution made no citation to reputable sources, in fact it made no citations at all. (It was an obvious troll imo.) If Zaush did in fact have a sexual encounter (That isn't to say its even relevant or tasteful to post here.) then reliable sources should be cited. Normally I would be surpirsed that a wiki would allow this type of edit, I mean after all, how many people must have this page on their watchlist? Then I realized what wiki I was on, and I DERPED. -- XXXX

shouldn't it be better to use 'year of birth' so the page doesn't have to be updated all the time? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 76.112.118.208 (talk • contribs) 04:33, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

R.I.P. Adam Wan :( we miss you —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 91.96.57.150 (talk • contribs) 21:17, 17 June 2010 (UTC)
:Is Adam in fact deceased? If so, we'd need references. It may worth noting that all of the works in Zaush's gallery on Fur Affinity were taken down sometime in April/May 2010. I don't know why, although I haven't tried that hard to find out. --mwalimu 21:42, 17 June 2010 (UTC)

Adam Wan, also known as Zaush, is an artist who, according to his website, creates "fan art, illustrations and original work mainly based in a manga style."

Adam was born in 1983, and resides in California; he was mated and resided with fellow artist Keovi until April 2010, which ended due to his abusive nature. After the break-up he took a short sabbatical from artistic pursuits until late August 2010.

Wan is the chief organizer/founder of the furry archive Furplz, which split off from Arcturus's own art archive project, ArtPlz, and was Guest of Honour for Megaplex 7 2008.

Citras
Adam Wan is best known for the creation of the fictitious, fox-like species, the citras.

Future animated project
Wan announced on his Fur Affinity site that he is working on a traditionally-animated full-length film featuring Kineta, his most popular female character.

The film will feature humans as well as anthropomorphic animals and is, in Wan's words:

Of the film's content he says it will contain "action, violence, nudity, and a few sex scenes." He says the film will most likely be distributed through the Internet as its potential MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) rating will be too restrictive to get it shown in theaters. It should be noted, however, that there is a rating above 'R'. This rating is 'AO' or Adult Only.
