Calientra Kitsune, formerly known as Butterscotch Vixen, who's real-life name is Susan Butterscotch Foxx (born 1965), is a vixen Kitsune furry.

She loves to help out at furry cons by staffing them when she can, and is a regular at Mephit Furmeet and Midwest FurFest. She is also on Second Life as Calientra Violet. She used to be active in puppetry, and one of her puppets, FoxAnn, used to make frequent appearances at convention puppet shows, sometimes as an emcee.

A former member of the Lake Area Furry Friends, she was once the chairperson/organizer of their bowling event.
Born in 1965 and raised on a farm in Illinois, Calientra, aka Cali, has been involved in furry since about 2000. She has had various jobs, including managing a recycling center, driving a semi, and working in a vibrator factory. Her favorite job by far though was farming, which she hopes to be able to do again one day. She is now again driving a semi for a living.

In real life Cali is a transgendered person who longs to become a buxom furry vixen in real life. She is living full time as a female, and has been on hormone replacement therapy for over four years as of December 2009. She is trying to save up money for her gender reassignment surgery as well.

Cali now lives in Kansas City, MO with Spectra Vixen, and Angel Macleod. Cali and Spectra were pawfasted on September 2, 2007, at Mephit Fur Meet 2007. She was last spotted at Midwest FurFest 2009, where she spent most of her time, when she wasn't busy with her con staff duties, in the company of Spectra and their third, mutual mate, Fyremane Stonebender, of SL fame.

Update (June 2nd, 2010) Cali has gone through quite a bit since movine to Kansas City. Probably the biggest thing is that Cali is now Cal Foxx in real life. He has transitioned back to that of a male after much thought and reflection. He now drives a truck again where he is on the way to being an owner/operator and is not mated exclusively to Angel Macleod in a monogmous relationship since Feb 12th, 2010

In late 2008, Cali became more and more aware of her true Kitsune nature, and is becoming more in tune with her own beliefs and such related to this. She has found her true name at last also, Calientra. She is working on becoming known by her new name and leaving the name of Butterscotch behind. But she is still the same vixen you've known for so long, but now she has 4 tails and a new name, and prefers to be referred to as Calientra Kitsune.
