FXC (also known as F-X-C,) stands for Furry X-Change, and claims to be one of the most prolific (and possibly largest) file-sharing networks for furry art online today.

Originating from an IRC channel (#furryxdcc on the Rizon server) and a bittorrent website (www.f-x-c.net) run by the infamous Sibe. Later on, he handed it over to a new owner, and although there some scuffling afterwards, it is now under new management, which strives to be less hostile--and more pro-artist--than its older incarnation. As for Sibe, due to his behavior in the group after the change of management, he was promptly banned from this, and several related furry IRC groups (although the bans have since come down).

On any P2P network, the letters "F-X-C" preceding the beginning of the filename of a compressed furry art .Zip, .Rar, or .Sit package, indicates that it was originally compiled by one of the group's many members and/or servers. FXC has also spawned a few other file-sharing furry archives, with the most notable being FXA ('Furry X-Change Archive'), although FXC is no longer affiliated with that group.

The group also includes a few furry artists of its own, although for the most part they prefer to remain incognito.

Controversy
Even with attempts to appear "more pro-artist," this group is publicly labeled by many furs as "just another furry warez group," solely dedicated to acquiring, scanning and distributing the latest on commercial furry content, be it comics, retail CDs and/or portfolios from almost any artist in the fandom. However, many of the new packages released by the group have up to a two-month "hold" on them to encourage eager furs to buy the product from the artist in order to see it sooner. It has also been said that the distribution of furry art in general also aids artist sales as it introduces new furs to established artists, and experienced furs to up-and-coming talent. The group's material is primarily hosted in the USA, although there was a brief stint with overseas hosting while Sibe ran the group.
