75.166.126.29: Added rationalist info on DataPacRat

DataPacRat (real name Daniel Boese; born October 12, 1976) has been a furry since the early 1990s. He came up with the word 'DataPacRat' on August 26th, 2001, based on a fondness for the old DATAPAC packet-switched network and a habit of squirreling away information. His fursona is generally a white-furred rat. DataPacRat lives in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario, Canada. He identifies as a rationalist and a libertarian.

He maintains a backup archive version of The Wulf Archives site at his homepage, and is willing to host backups of similar sites to prevent furry stories from being lost to bit decay.

External links
Contributor
* http://www.datapacrat.com/ - homepage
* DataPacRat at deviantART
* DataPacRat at LiveJournal
* DataPacRat userpage at Wikipedia
* DataPacRat at Twitter
* DataPacRat at Toronto Furry
