The Original Furry Avalon was also flexible as to what material was uploaded to Furry Avalon, as well as uploading work other then what a person has actually drawn them-self.

This is an area I was actually debating out in the open, but of the like 5 current members, no one had said anything. Trust me as I type this, I didn't want to make this a part of either the TOS or AUP.
However, even the laws here in America are fuzzy of such a matter. The question is, is it actually legal... and if it is, to how far an extent. Banning it clears all of that at once, disallowing it. Many places on the net are not very kind on this type of art either, since that it does resemble (3.) to so close an extent.
However... stories are not visual, so Yaoi Shota and Lolicon inspired stories may slide, if the new owner agrees.
So even though some kinds of Shota / Yaoi and Lolicon are legal, they are prohibited from here.
There are countries which carry the same stigma of punishment for possessing (Shota / Yaoi and Lolicon), as some do ordinary Child Porn, meaning this site would be blocked from those countries.
That's one of the things which I am keeping in mind.))

Our AUP reflects this in many ways. The laws do not reflect, nor do they even categorize [[Cub Porn]] as being any part of the laws.
