Southern Nevada Anthropomorphic Events (SNAE) was incorporated on June 25th, 2022 with the Nevada Secretary of State pursuant to Chapter 82 of the Nevada Revised Statutes. It was registered in unincorporated Clark County, NV.

On July 11, 2026, Southern Nevada Anthropomorphic Events (SNAE) held its first election for the Board of Directors during its annual meeting. As a result of the election, Jaxari, Kiro Hyena, Mercury Sable, Blask Vesperia, GuildedZephyr, and Tani Xōcoyōtl were elected to the Board of Directors. Crake, Serenity Fox, Addy Acro-Santos, and Amber Grayson concluded their terms and left the Board. Following the election, Addy Acro-Santos continued serving as the organization's Secretary despite no longer serving as a director.
