The Meekometer (məˈkɒmɪtə), also known as a Meeko Unit, or simply Meeko, is a plushie unit of measurement used to calculate the relative size of a plush toy. One meekometer is roughly equal to 0.5 metric meters, or 20 standard inches.

*Example: "This Lola Bunny plush doll is half a Meeko long" (approx. 25 cm/10 inches).

Origin
The term derives from the Mattel Inc.-produced Meeko plushie, from the character of the same name that appears in the 1995 Disney feature, Pocahontas. It is officially 36 inches, a Meekometer apparently excludes the length of the tail. Fact

Did you know?: Collins Dictionary defines the mekometer (noun) as "a device that accurately measures distance by measuring the polarization of a reflected beam of light". Kern makes a brand of laser range-finder called the Mekometer (ME3000 and ME5000 models).

50.122.122.99: Technically, this is the infamous Meeko (compare with the example in File:ShawnKellerTypicalFurryFan.png). The one pictured in File:Meeko plush.jpg is reportedly 10in., not 20.

The two informational panels that he hosts are and Anxiety panel, that he co-hosts with Spike Norton, and a Polyamory panel that he usually co-hosts with one of his partners.

Wielder's Moments
Wielder's Moments is a panel that involves several stories and anecdotes that have happened through-out Wielder's life here on our very random planet. Though most of these stories are derived from real life experiences, some have a little extra story added in so that is appears more comedic, rather than life scarring. Wielder's Moments has been a panel at MFM, Fangcon, and TFF.

Puppet Take-Over Show
The Puppet Take-Over Show is an event with a small puppet staged with red curtain in which Wielder, and his co-host puppet, Happy Two-Feathers, sing, dance, interview current GOH, and perform several shenanigans that only puppets can perform in public. This event was created and implemented in an attempt to bring life back into puppet theater in the furry fandom. This event has several volunteers, which help with puppet performance, stage setup, and audio for the songs.

Local Events
Wielder has been active in the furry fandom for over 15 years. During this time, he has started and maintained many events that are open to all Houston furs, as well as any willing to make the trip.
