::There were some cleanup tags both above and below the person template, which didn't help. I moved them to the top. Regarding citations, ideally each assertion is referenced with a link to a specific page where the assertion is made (and where appropriate attributed to a specific person). Where the same link is able to back many assertions, citations can be shared by doing this:<pre></pre> the first time and then just this on future cites:<pre></pre> I appreciate this is a lot of work and may not always be feasible, the most important aspect is whether it's true or not, not references. --GreenReaper(talk) 21:00, 23 June 2025 (EDT)

Deleting everything?
Is it really alright to delete everything and pretend not to exist, while making the user page their new info page like some weird way to hide themselves? Pretending to leave the fandom while still attempting to impersonate the IcelandFurs community by hijacking social media with the IcelandFurs username and misleading domain IcelandFurz.org? I would say that means they are still in the fandom and just using group accounts as their own.

46.22.110.93: Just a small category correction, by definition it is an annual event, not a convention.

IceFurCabin (Ice Fur Cabin) also known as IceFursCabin, is an annual Icelandic furry mini con/cabin trip.

Overview
IceFurCabin, which takes place during the autumn/Winter, is hosted by Abby-Fennec, Boe Bat, with occasional help from Quellix. Abby's ex, Harry or Harr, used to help with the cabin until 2020, leaving the staff there after.

Invitation only
This event is invite-only.
It has been an Invite-only from the start, but in 2024, we let Quellix be in complete charge alone, and the cabin was open for everyone. It didn't go well, as some members were inappropriate in the public space, even though we had tried to reserve one of the three cabins for that type of activity. It kept moving over to other cabins, and many felt uncomfortable during the event. Hence, it became a major disaster, so we decided to switch back to an invite-only event to avoid this.

Mascot
IceFurCabins mascot is Fenrir, known as the "Fenris Wolf" from Norse mythology, and the logo has a drawing of him by Thomas Lux

Charity
IceFurCabin has usually donated bottles to the Bandalag íslenskra skáta (BIS, the Icelandic Boy and Girl Scout Association)

History
The cabin trip began in 2013 when a group of friends in Iceland decided to rent a cabin together to host an event locally after they had attended a furry convention outside the country. It began with only six people and has grown over the years. In the first years, it stuck to 8, as the cabins were relatively small, and Abby-Fennec rented them out of his pocket. Abby, Boe Bat, and Harr were always the main three who attended all the events and hosted and planned them together until 2021, as Abby and Harr broke up, and he left the group after the 2020 event. In 2023, a new member, Quellix, joined the team to help host and organise the event.
