Foxy is a twenty-something anthropomorphic artist from the United States. Her artwork revolves around cute things and the "slice-of-life" genre.
== History ==
Juliana "Foxy" Fennec was created sometime back in 2001. In early days, she went under the name of Chattan (which is a Scottish name -which all of Foxy's earliest characters had). She solidified as a character in 2003, and earned her permanent color scheme sometime in 2005.

Foxy tends to be more of a "funny animal" than a "furry". Foxy's artwork was inspired by a lifelong love for comic books, pin-up art, Disney and Warner Bros.

== [[Fursona]] ==

'''Juliana Fennec''' is a medium-sized anthropomorphic fennec fox. She is softly built with plenty of curves. Her hair is of medium-length and may vary in color (usually is a medium reddish-brown). Unlike most fennecs, Juliana lacks the dark tail and ear tips. She is very pale cream in color. Her eyes are green, blue, or hazel, depending on her mood.

Juliana has shape-shifting tendencies. She has been known to take on the shape of a pretty [[ringtail]] (cacomistle), with pink-tipped white hair and lavender eyes, as well as a genet named Marble, and a dysthymic silver tabby cat named Fiero.
