More 'context'
Apparently there is no 'Reply To' template, so have to reply here. Thanks for the note! Quick question since I'm not a regular wiki user - is there a good example of 'more context'? Since there is more info to add to my page, the page (as of right now) pretty much matches the linked Sashi and Myrla pages, and want to be sure that I satisfy the 'more context' comment. Thanks! Coyotl (talk) 19:25, 26 June 2017 (EDT)
:Information about the player behind the character you're willing to provide, including links to existing social profiles you use (Twitter, Fur Affinity etc.) if any, DOB, etc. --Equivamp - talk 19:50, 26 June 2017 (EDT)
::Many thanks on this! :) So, quick question (and if this should go somewhere else, let me know please!) I didn't want to put player info on that *specific* page, since there will be two other 'character' pages and all thee would link to my player's page. This is why I was loosely following the Sashi page (since that's not the player; the player and I are still friends and in touch..). Thanks! Coyotl (talk) 20:22, 26 June 2017 (EDT)
:::Actually, information about other characters belonging to one person should all be listed on the article about the player in their own sections (see Kadath#Characters) unless the character is particularly significant/well-known (for example, Max Black Rabbit's Zig Zag).
::::Ah, cool! That works then. Again, thanks! 50.195.92.182 21:36, 26 June 2017 (EDT)

Nope
Not in a cell anyway. I have vague memories of a class field trip getting to see an empty one. Forget which grade as this is over a decade back. Nor've I read the Top Cow production. You affix a cool nick thar. Ty 02:54, 27 November 2017 (EST)

The link to the furry community could very well be harmful
Forgive me for not understanding how best to use wikis, I am new to the system.

You're misunderstanding my concern. There is no issue of addressing the fact that Zidonuke's actions has taken the lives of two members of the community, I am not requesting removal of Galonodel's page nor any reference to Geo Vaughan. There is only the very real consideration that any any connections that may lead to negative assumptions, the spreading of harmful rumours which can very easily spread out of control, and the risk of spreading slander that could seed disdain for both Geo Vaughan and Galonodel which now due to wikifur is easily traced to their real names.

Is there not sufficient past evidence that discovering links to the furry community for previously unsuspected persons has not just led to negative connotations but they will also suffer a potential lifetime of alienation? This is not just a matter of opinion, the direct link to a furry aspect itself spurs detestable beliefs among any others that should not understand it more. It is not the responsibility for Geo Vaughan to correct these misinterpretations, but the link in itself is not in anyone's best interest to unloose that sort of trouble in one's life. Zidonuke's actions should be linked to Galonodel's online alias whereas Zidonuke's real name will link to Galonodel's own through public knowledge, that is not a problem, but there is no need for wikifur to make that connection for all those elements unnecessarily.

Thanks for Cleaning up my People page!
Really appreciate it!
On a side note, how do I reference DOB?

:Hey, no problem. It's what I do here.
:As for referencing your date of birth, it's as simple as linking to where it's referenced somewhere online, etc. For example, the month and day are listed on your Twitter profile, so I used it here. You can do the same for the year. If not, no big deal. --Equivamp - talk 16:00, 23 January 2018 (EST)

AxxiosGrey or Axxios in shorthand is a Pittsburgh based furry writer, schoolbus driver, rumored party drunkard and community activist on the application iFunny. His other names on iFunny before becoming established were YinzBlindHund, NormanRoy, Axxios, KnuclesNRum8910 and Billiont94. Since February 18th, 2018 the account has been banned and he has left the application due to controversy. Rumors circulate that the account is running under a different name or that he is a co-owner of another iFunny account.

<big>Fursona
</big>

AxxiosGrey's fursona is a blind grey wolf hybrid by the name of Marcus Rison. Marcus is the main character in a majority of his work on iFunny, which seem to be snippets from a larger work that was written or published off of the application. The physical attributes of Marcus do not align with his visual reference sheet and he is supposedly pictured in the sheet at an age between 13-18.

<big>Activities on iFunny</big>

Axxios according to many furries is considered to be a laid back, calm-headed and sharply witted individual who is also rather unafraid to speak out and spark just a little tension if it is for the sake of proving to the community the weaknesses in thought associated with those disgruntled by furries on iFunny. Most of his statements and content reflected a rough calmness and confidence in the atmosphere present in the application despite such an unwelcoming and sour distaste for furries. He is also very well known for being an alcoholic, although it is uncertain if he just drinks periodically or does in fact have a drinking problem. There are and were mixed reviews regarding his character and much debate over whether he was truly confident and satirical or just arrogant. When furries were not occupying his content, he posted or republished satirical content or "memes" and conservative political pieces.

Occasionally, Axxios would get into some kind of confrontation and post screenshots of idiotic comments followed by one of his witty, pointed or even outright critical rebuttals. He used to call this process "saltmining" which has become popular in furry circles that interacted with him. Saltmining consisted of one off reply chains (normally on his own content or the content of close followers) that were either bait for the purpose of saltmining or random pieces that attracted negative attention from the rest of the community.

<big>Controversy</big>

On Valentines Day of 2018, Axxios made a remarkable move to agitate a small community of groups and accounts dedicated to the harassment and disposal of furry-themed accounts application wide. The groups in question are called the "ZF Regiment", "Airbourne" and "The Dank Meme Raiders". This collection of groups commit to raids, harassment campaigns, targeted memes about individuals and the doxxing of furries in attempts to intimidate or frighten offending users. The isolated incident involving Axxios saw over 20 accounts on the app including AxxiosGrey twice become banned. The AntiFurry movement responsible is headed by account Malignant_Matt (banned and now Malignant_MattV2), AntiFurryOffical (banned and also banned as V2, AntiFurryRebirth, YaToasta and AFO), RingoTheFlamingo (an alternative of the actual account banned and unbanned as PressXtoDoubt) and Commander_Anomaly who was banned and arrested in connection with crimes associated to breaching personal information, providing it to a vandal and personally threatening AxxiosGrey.

The incident lasted two weeks, causing a massive spur within the community's tagging system and a somewhat silence from both ends of the issue. AxxiosGrey had an unclear personal episode and followed up with a peace treaty that was accepted by both ends. One week after the treaty, the AntiFurry faction decided to randomly disregard the treaty and attack once again. This prompted the doxxing of information that resulted in the vandalization of Axxios's personal vehicle, a shooting with no injuries and three arrests including a protective arrest of Axxios. A post incident report to the Federal Burea of Investigations resulted in an additional 12 arrests and 8 convictions.

<big>iFunny Statistics</big>

At his height and as of February 18th, 2018 the iFunny account AxxiosGrey was banned due to the upload of inappropriate content and a plea to moderators to end the issue permanently. The account had 821 subscribers, 781 subscriptions and was active for 786 days. There were 12,203 original works posted and 17,329 republished works.
