Spooktacufur is an annual one-day Halloween-themed furry convention in Salt Lake City, Utah.

History
2024
Spooktacufur 2024 was held at Salt Lake City's Sugar Space Arts Warehouse, the mini-con hosted an Artist Alley, as well as a fursuit parade, panels, and costume contests for both fursuiters and non-suiting attendees. The convention recorded 270 attendees, 15 vendors, and one live owl, named Agatha.

2025
Spooktacufur 2025 was held on October 25 at the Embassy Suites West Valley, in a suburb just outside of Salt Lake City. The new venue was chosen to accommodate a number of attendees higher than the previous year, as the original venue was already at its capacity limit. The con featured an expanded Artist Alley with 19 vendors, a fursuit parade, a game show, panels (including "History of the Furry Fandom", and a paranormal investigation panel), craft workshops (including a tail making workshop), a costume contest, and a presentation from HawkWatch International. The convention hosted a charity auction benefitting HawkWatch International, and a food drive for the Utah Food Bank. The theme was "Pumpkin Bash!".

The con saw 500 attendees (including staff/vendors), two birds of prey, and one bearded dragon. The convention's tickets sold out and attendance had to be limited due to fire code.

2026
Spooktacufur 2026 is to be held on October 24 at the Hilton City Center in Salt Lake City. The theme is "Hotel of Horror", drawing inspiration from The Twilight Zone and the Tower of Terror.
