204.232.11.1: www.godhatesfurries.com

www.godhatesfurries.com is a website built for the sole purpose of bashing and demeaning the furry community and the fandom in general. They have a photo gallery of so-called "mostly bad" fursuits. They are also kind enough to warn you from "overexposure to pictures of horrible Fursuits"

Some fursuit makers take stuff like this in a light way, and actually like the publicity it generates for their fursuits.

A new link of this website is the
http://furry.wikicities.com/wiki/WikiFur_Central project. 8/14/05 and according to Wikifur, www.godhatesfurries.com
is a top referer to the website.

Rate My Fursuit

204.232.11.1:

ratemyfursuit.com is a defunct website which existed for a very short while in early 2004 in which members of the furry community would post pictures of their fursuits on a photo gallery like "hotornot.com", and visitors to the website would "rate" the picture. It also had a message board.

* Address: http://ratemyfursuit.com/ (down, see archive)

Unfortunatelly the website was abused to the point of flame wars erupting and people voting dozens of times for their favorite fursuit pictures thus, defeating the rating system. The website was eventually taken down and for many months in it's place was a message saying that it would return. Unfortunatelly it didn't. It is believed that SA heard of this webpage and their trolls contributed heavily to it's demise.
