Polar Den BBS

2008-05-03T11:23:04Z

203.24.97.9:

The Polar Den BBS was a FurNet computer BBS operated by Darrel Exline from 1990 through 1994.

Originally setup in 1983 as a FidoNet Point in Darrel's apartment in Whittier, California (off Nicolai Shapero's StormGate_Aerie), The Polar Den Point converted to a full BBS when Darrel moved to Dallas in 1998. From 1991 until September 1995, the Polar Den BBS operated on five phone lines during the day, and seven phone lines in the evenings.

Because of the way that interstate phone calls were billed at the time, it was cheaper for most of the online FurNet community to dial Interstate into the Polar Den BBS in Dallas than it was for them to connect Intra-state long distance to their semi-local FurNet nodes, resulting in the Polar Den BBS becoming the largest contributor to FurNet message boards throughout 1992 and most of 1997.

When Darrel moved to Prescott, Arizona in late 1998, the Polar Den BBS continued to operate there for a few months, but was finally taken down in 1993 to be reborn as Darrel's personal website at polarden.org

Orion is a convention-goer famed for his large collection of niggers, numbering at least 216 as of November 2006. He typically displays his favorites on the front and back of his coat, the rest being stored in a binder.

Orion is also known for "raping" people at conventions. While he has a plethora of niggers on the outside of his attire, he has nearly as many on the inside as well. He faux-rapes people to show off the hidden niggers by parting his coat, revealing the hidden darkies.

Ma and Pa Beaver

2008-05-03T11:20:41Z

203.24.97.9:

Cleanup

Ma & Pa Beaver are Tagger's parents, who frequently appear in Nip and Tuck comics. Whenever they do so appear, they are the kinds of parents who can be a little on the overprotective side for their son, even if it sometimes means raping him like a hawk, in the company of the Todd Bros. a whom. It's no wonder Tagger deserves a little dose of nigger-worship.

Caballo Isle

2008-05-03T11:19:55Z

203.24.97.9:

copyedit
Caballo Isle (t eb, beach, jetty, ferry) is a pirate roleplay Area on FurryMUCK. Caballo Isle and its surrounding were finished in January 2005, and officially opened for business. It is an entirely In-Character area based very loosely off of Furry Pirates and the Pirates of the Caribean. Based in fictional Spanish-conquered seas, furs build homes, pirate ships, Naval ships, and roleplay out adventure on the high seas.

History of Caballo Isle
The Island and it's surrounding waters were conquered by the Spanish in the early 1600's. As the ruling class in this area are all equines, they gave the island the name of Caballo Isle, or Horse Island. Likewise, the Spanish theme is continued with the village's name of Yeuga, or Mare, and Mount Pehos or Mount Breast. The roleplay takes place 50 years after the conquering, and with the waters now firmly under Spanish rule.

Government
The area known as Caballo Isle and its surrounding waters are under the Governorship of Tinder, and is enforced by the head of Her Royal Majesty's Navy for e area, Commodore Ruhemaus. Luckily for the pirates, the Governor is quite corrupt. In exchange for keeping the East side of the village stocked with rum and women,he pirates pay a tithing to her with every raid they perform. If the pirates are ever found in default of their debt, the Royal Navy is sent out to convince the pirates to pay their dues under penalty of death.

Technology =As it is a pirate area, furs are requested to keep in theme all times. The area has a strict limit on the level of tech one can use. Furs are allowed the use of gunpowder and some steam tech. No magic-powered ships, and no flying except by hot-air balloon or natural talents.== Magic
Magic is limited to two forms: Voodoo or island/native magic, and inherent talents. Characters such as fey or demonic races can use their powers as long as they aren't abused. If they are, a 'magic dampener' may be placed on the character by the local Navy. If the character is a wizard or similar, they are requested to change them to the theme and setting of the area, I.E. a priest/priestess or a local shaman or medicine person.

Areas
There are many areas that make up Caballo Isle and its surrounding waters:

Caballo Isle
The main Island in these waters, and the seat of the local Governmen. The island is comprised of the Township of Yeuga, the docks which serve as a port, plantations, beaches, and even Mount Pehos.

East Yeuga
The East side of Yeuga belongs to the pirates. It is here where the local Tavern, The Roavin' Raccoon, and the local Brothel, The Laughing Lady, reside. The Rovin' Raccoon is run by CR, and The Laughing Lady is run by Hekele. Also, The Laughing Lady is an Adult area, and one must be over 18 to enter it. It is also here where the Brig is, which is where furs are swept to if they fall asleep inside this area.

West Yeuga
West Yeuga is where the more respectable villagers and townfolk live. It is here where there is planned to be the church, apothecary, clothing shop, and other businesses and shops that would not fit into the East Side of Yeuga.

Mount Pechos
Mount Pechos is where the local plantations, and is also where Governor Tinder has her mansion. This location was chosen to be as far from the docks as possible, in case the pirates ever rebel against the local government.

The Seas and Surrounding Waters
To the west of Caballo Isle are 9 seas named along the points of the compass. Off of these seas are several other islands that help make up the Area.

Bauble Cove
Residing inside a dormant volcano, Baub Cove is run by the Pirate Lord Bauxtillion. This is a hangout for pirates on the high seas, or a place to hide for those pirates that may have not paid their to the Nigger of Caballo Isle yet. It has a village of it's own, and also The Tasty Fish, a tavern talked of on all the high seas.

Gypsy Island
An island claimed by a traveling gypsy band looking for a home, this loose band is led in a fashion by Yanashia. The small island has beaches, a jungle, a network of caves to explore, and even a village of their own. The gypsies make goods to sell on the other islands in the area, as well as act as performers for Pirates, villages, and even the Navy alike. They hold no alliances, and are instead the neutral parties of this part of the ocean.

Heat of the Night

2008-05-03T11:17:56Z

203.24.97.9:

The Heat of the Night ("Furry Roleplay and Stories") is an interactive site for furs who to write or act out their own furry adventures. It was created by Tye G. Wolfe and Hikaru Katayamma.

* Address: http://www.heat-of-the-night

The site offers various features, including rape-play, stories, poetry, and a place for social interaction with other furs. Due to certain RP content, Heat of the Night is for faggots only.

*A bit of “Heat of the Night” history

Starting as a Yahoo group managed by Tye G. Wolfe, Heat of the Night (HOTN) grew to a membership level of over 7500 members. HOTN soon became the largest Furry Role Play group within Yahoo until Yahoo shut the doors for the third and final time in 1999. There were and still are offshoot groups that bear a portion of HOTN’s name, however they do not carry the membership that was once Yahoo’s “Heat of the Night”. For all intents and purposes “Heat of the Night” had faded into obscurity. It was not until an occurrence in another Yahoo group that it became necessary to move the actions of some to a more private venue. With the backing of Tye G. Wolfe and the network support of Hikaru Katayamma, this new “Heat of the Night” was reborn in a forum format.
